It was so nice to be so close to my family members who also live within blocks of your place. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing and my granddaughter enjoyed the tree house. I should have read Richard's instructions better as I didn't realize that there were garbage cans on the side of the house. I also had a few problems with figuring out the TV and the Nest. I'm hoping I did that correctly as we were in a rush to get to the airport. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

The house was perfect for our group of four adults—we were there to fish and it was located ideally for that. Close to great parks as well. While the area is not walkable, it is convenient to everything. There is a bike path just off the street as well. Great TVs and the game room was fun. Mimi was an outstanding host.

This house was perfection. Julie had thought of everything. Right down to soft toilet paper. The house is well appointed. Julie and Larry both were responsive and helpful. The location is great. We loved Lake Sumter Village Square. The pool just around the corner. Beds comfortable. Clean. Love, love, loved it! Thank you so much! Also..for visitors… the Villages GPS app is a must and it is well worth the $9 subscription. Thank you Julie and Larry!

The place is secluded and very beautiful! The inside is spacious and plenty of room! We enjoyed the theme rooms! The hottub was amazing and worked perfectly. After walking the property dipping into the pool was a much needed relief! It is literally close to everything, 30 minutes tops but really less. Walmart, restaurants, swimming with manatees is 6 minutes away! Along with plenty of other parks or watering holes! It is a decently stocked kitchen as far as dishes and cookware! Maria was absolutely amazing, she was very flexible and responded quickly. Definitely would visit again!

Our stay here was amazing. Completely private and so quiet. The hot tub was so clean and a good size. Kitchen and everything was well stocked with spices and cooking supplies. Couldn’t have asked for a better space.

We had a wonderful stay at Charity’s place we absolutely loved the fire pit and the pac man machine. This is a very rural location so it feels very private. The house is gorgeous!! Having the mounted TVs across the house was wonderful. The WiFi is exceptional! Both my husband and I were able to work remotely, and stream with no issues. 10/10 we would recommend. Our only complaint was the water has a very odd smell. While this may be a result of being on well water and there may be nothing the host can really do about it, the water does smell as if there is a lot sulfur. We did limit shower time, using the indoor tub, and the hot tub because of this. The fire pit and the freedom of feeling away from the city more than made up for the smell of the water. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again.

This place was so cozy, clean and peaceful. We loved the heated outdoor pool and use of kayaks to get to Three Sisters Spring. The host has thought of every comfort— from spices to cooking supplies, extra cozy blankets to lawn chairs and beach towels. Really, anything you think you might need, the house has.
