Wir waren rundum begeistert von der Unterkunft, den Gastgebern und der Gegend. Blitzsaubere, großzügig geschnittene, super ausgestattete Wohnung, sehr bequeme Betten, extrem nette Gastgeber, tolles Wetter. Es gab so viele wunderschöne und interessante Orte zu besuchen. Wir haben ausgiebige Wanderungen unternommen. Ausflugsempfehlungen können wir geben zum Barbianer Wasserfall, den Erdpyramiden nahe Lengmoos, der Seiser Alm, Rastenbachklamm, Kalterer See, Castello die Arco am Gardasee, dem Skywalk und der Hängebrücke in Mezzocorona, Lago & Canyon Smeraldo, dem Fennberger See und den Mammutbäumen. Dickes Lob an die Gastgeber!!! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

If you want a get-away-from-everything holiday; this is your place! Andy and Sabine are excellent hosts, communicating very clearly in advance and during our stay, taking the time to go the extra mile and sort out issues quickly and in a friendly way. The piece de resistance of this property is the outdoor pool, which is simply magnificent. We also used the bread delivery service and this was also appreciated and made a good start to the mornings!

We loved staying at Deborah's place. It looked even more beautiful in real life. We stayed 6 nights with our toddler who had a great time playing outside. The house is spacious enough to live comfortably and has everything you need. Everything is put together with care. We connected with her parents who are present on some days in the back of the house, they were lovely and never overbearing. What worked well for us was the peaceful environment, a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the coastal towns of Lake Garda. The garden is authentic and very well kept. The view amazing. Getting to the property is fairly easy, I do recommend checking what your navigation tells you to do because it led us in a street that turned out to be for residents only and was very narrow (it's marked Eccetto frontisti). Avoid these streets, they take you off the main road anyway, not what you need. I phoned Deborah for some advice and she was a great help, we found it easily.

Vi bodde (familj på 6 pers med vuxna barn) i Erikas fantastiska lägenhet, allt var perfekt och uteplatsen är magisk! Tyvärr var inte vädret det bästa, men vi hade en bra utgångspunkt för alla planerade utflykter runt Gardasjön. Värt att tänka på är att promenaden från Campogrande parkering kan vara krävande om man har mycket bagage eller kanske äldre personer i sällskapet, men det är värt ansträngningen när man väl når slutmålet. Priset är högt ja, men det är dyrt med boende runt Garda och denna lilla pärla var värd var enda krona! Rekommenderas starkt!

Beautiful place! Marco was a fantastic host and the place has stunning views, easy to reach, and a super nice pool. We had a slight issue with lights in one of the rooms and a missing car key, but Marco was super gracious and gave us a couple of free local wines to make up for it. Would definitely return. Was the perfect spot for our group prior to running the marathon.

חווית אירוח נהדרת! הבית היה בדיוק כפי שתואר, נקי, מסודר ומאובזר בכל מה שצריך. המיקום היה מושלם, קרוב לכל האטרקציות המקומיות ועדיין שקט ושליו. המארחים היו מאוד אדיבים וזמינים לכל שאלה או בקשה, והתקשורת הייתה מהירה ויעילה. הרגשנו ממש בבית מהרגע שהגענו. ללא ספק נחזור להתארח שוב בעתיד, ממליצים בחום לכל מי שמחפש מקום נעים ונוח לשהות בו.

Erica ist eine äusserst sympathische, hilfsbereite und kommunikative Gastgeberin und ich habe es sehr geschätzt, mit ihr zu plaudern. Da es kälter war als erwartet und viel regnete während meines Aufenthaltes, hat sie mir gezeigt, wie man den Ofen bedient und mich gut mit Holz versorgt. Ihre Restaurants- und Wandertipps habe ich sehr geschätzt. Falls ich wieder mal in der Gegend bin, kann ich mir gut vorstellen, erneut bei Erica zu übernachten. Ich habe die Ruhe geschätzt.

Appartamento super attrezzato, ordinato e arredato con cura in ogni dettaglio. È stato tra gli appartamenti più puliti in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Monica si è dimostrata precisa e assai disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti veramente ben accolti. Tutta la gente incontrata nel luogo si è dimostrata davvero gentile.

L’appartamento è molto bello, super nuovo e dotato di ogni comfort. Ponte di Legno è a circa 15 minuti di macchina. È perfetto per un gruppo di amici o una famiglia che voglia sciare a Ponte di Legno o Passo del Tonale e di avere anche i comfort di una casa vera, dove poter cucinare, mangiare o guardare un film la sera sul grande divano del soggiorno. Tutto era perfettamente pulito e in ordine al nostro arrivo. L’host è stato più che disponibile, rispondendo prontamente alle tante domande che gli ho fatto, a partire da informazioni sulla casa fino a consigli su potenziali gite nei dintorni. Ciliegina sulla torta per noi: c’è un caminetto che potete accendere, procurandovi però i combustibili al supermercato, che aggiunge la giusta atmosfera al vostro soggiorno in montagna. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Proprietario molto disponibile che è venuto in contro alle mie esigenze. Cordiale e molto ospitale. Consigliatissimo Casa in pieno centro a Fai, comodissima per muoversi a piedi.

L’alloggio è attrezzato, pulito e molto comodo! Perfetto per una vacanza all’insegna della natura e dello sci!

Esperienza decisamente positiva. Giada si è rivelata una persona disponibile, sempre sorridente. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare la stufa accesa, che con il freddino esterno, quel tepore e quell'atmosfera da baita, è stato un ottimo benvenuto. In più aveva preparato un piccolo angolo colazione con un cestino di dolcetti, vari tipi di the, oltre a due bottigliette d'acqua. Giada si è preoccupata anche delle nostre conpagne di viaggio, una gatta ed una cagnolina, predisponendo la zona cuccia vicino alla stufa completa di brandina e stuoie, oltre alla sabbietta per la lettiera. Anche l'appartamento merita una menzione, in quanto gli spazi sono ben distribuiti ed ben arredati, rivelando un gusto sobrio ma al contempo molto caratteristico e accogliente. La stufa accesa è un ottimo plus. Credo che sia evidente quanto ci siamo trovari bene. Grazie di cuore Giada. Questo è un Arrivederci a presto.

Очень уютная квартира с двумя отдельными спальнями! Есть вся бытовая техника! Очень уютно внутри! Жилье вмещает до 7 человек, если учитывать диван в гостиной, но нас было 4 человека. Мы приезжали на лыжи в Madonna, но в самой Madonna не было свободного жилья, и мы выбрали это и ни разу не пожалели, потому что намного удобнее жить здесь, потому что рядом столько всего для прогулок и ресторанов, что не составляло никакой сложности отдыхать здесь, а кататься ездить в Madonna. В этом жилье есть своя парковка под домом, поэтому мы не испытали никаких сложностей с машиной: спустился в паркинг и поехал в Madonna и припарковался там прямо у подъемников. Кому как, но нам такая комбинация была по душе. Спасибо хозяину за прием!

Tutto perfetto! Giorgio é un host gentilissimo e disponibile

Maurizio is trully the best host anyone can wish for! He is really helpful and kind, perfect communication, always replying really fast. Lots of recommendations of what to do and see around, even which road is better. The apartment is very clean and has an amazing view of mountains. everything is like in the photos. The kitchen has everything you need and even more. Also there's a welcoming basket that was a nice gesture from Maurizio side:) The area is calm, there's not a lot people or anything to do or eat, you have to drive but its not far. But you definitely need a car to stay here. Lake Garda is about 1.20 hour away as well as Verona. There's a free parking nearby and you always find a place. We stayed at late September so it was chilly at night but we used a heater and wood stove. Only one bad thing was that there's a reconstruction outside so you cant sleep late, they start around 8am and its really loud, but thats definitely not Maurizio fault! hopefully it will end soon:)

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza in questa casa. Siamo stati accolti dall'host Ermanno amichevolmente e durante tutto il soggiorno la sua famiglia ci ha offerto con grande generosità i prodotti genuini del loro orto. L'abitazione si sviluppa su due piani e le due camere da letto e i due bagni sono ben vivibili. L'uso esclusivo del giardino privato è stato per noi davvero piacevole e le nostre bambine hanno giocato lì in piena libertà. Il paesino di Ronzo-chienis offre tante alternative: laghetti alpini, il Garda, castelli e musei nei paesi e città raggiungibili in auto e splendide passeggiate nei dintorni. Abbiamo trascorso una estate fresca, abbiamo mangiato benissimo e visto luoghi incantevoli: è consigliatissimo per le famiglie e speriamo di poterci tornare presto.

Sara hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, unseren Aufenthalt bei ihr bestmöglich zu begleiten. Man bekommt eine sehr gute Beschreibung zur Unterkunft (mit Video) und viele Tipps und Hinweise aus der Umgebung an die Hand gegeben. Wir konnten deutlich früher als angegeben, weil niemand vor uns dort war, in die Unterkunft und mussten dafür keine Zusatzgebühr bezahlen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher konnten wir gegen eine Zusatzgebühr von zehn Euro pro Person leihen. Die Küche verfügt über alle Utensilien, die man für einen Aufenthalt dort benötigt. Lediglich ein Korkenzieher und ein Toaster hatten uns gefehlt. Als Kaffeemaschinen findet man dort nur Maschinen von Bialetti und keine Pad-Maschinen oder Maschinen für Filterkaffee. Die Mülltrennung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, weil man keine Essensreste in den Restmüll werfen darf. Die Heizung mussten wir regelmäßig wieder hoch drehen, weil sie sich automatisch runter geregelt hat. Es sind Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden.

Ein großes, sauberes, sehr gemütliches Haus mit toller Terasse und Aussicht. Man fühlt sich gleich Zuhause. Die Umgebung ist auch traumhaft. Und Martin, ein guter, sehr netter , hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Unser Aufenthalt war super schön, eingenehm und erholsam.

Wir haben unsere Zeit am Gardasee sehr genossen, besonders wegen Moritz‘ schöner Villa! Die Aussicht ist echt ein Highlight und wir waren auch von der sehr guten Ausstattung der Küche beeindruckt. Danke an Moritz für die vielen guten Insidertipps für die Region und auch für die schönen Gemälde im Haus:)

Einfach perfekt – absolute Empfehlung! Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus war makellos sauber, liebevoll vorbereitet und es war wirklich an alles gedacht – von kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten über Fahrräder bis hin zu Spielen und Malbüchern für die Kinder. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben sich Zeit genommen, uns alles zu zeigen, tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben und den Check-in sogar früher möglich gemacht. Der Blick auf den Gardasee ist traumhaft, und der Garten ist ein echtes Highlight – wunderschön angelegt und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen und Spielen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können Haus und Gastgeber uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Hemos pasado una semana increíble en la casa con nuestra familia!! Super recomendable para disfrutar, relajarse y hacer un montón de actividades. La comunicación con Robin fue perfecta y estuvo muy atento con nosotros. Repetiremos sin duda!!!

Wir sind als Familie mit vier Kindern an den Gardasee gereist. Wir waren von Anfang an von dem Grundstück und dem Haus begeistert. Die Aussicht könnte nicht besser sein. Man hat das Gefühl, direkt am Wasser zu sein. Das Grundstück ist etwas erhöht, so dass die Strandbesucher keinen Blick auf den Garten haben - man selbst hat aber einen wundervollen Blick über den Gardasee. Es ist sicherlich eines der schönsten Grundstücke in Gargnano und Bogliaco. Raffaela und Tom haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Das Haus ist schon älter, Raffaela hat es aber mit viel Liebe zum Detail sehr schön renoviert. Das Haus selbst hatte für uns mehr als genug Platz - von den vier Bädern haben wir nur drei benutzt. Im Haus taucht man in die Familiengeschichte ein und die zahlreichen Bücherregale sind voller Erinnerungen. Sehr gerne würden wir wieder einen Urlaub auf diesem traumhaften Grundstück und in dem zauberhaften Haus verbringen!

Incredible stay in Malcesine! The villa was honestly somehow more beautiful than the photos - and the view was stunning. It was a lovely spot to spend a week. We especially loved eating dinner under there terrace and lights. Matteo was great to communicate with and check in/out was very easy. As another reviewer noted, the drive up is not for the faint of heart - lots of windy, tight roads - but once you’ve done it a few times it’s completely fine - and the villa and view were well worth it!
