Good parking right in front of the house. In the middle of July the cat will be home, i.e. it is nice if you can feed him when he comes by. He doesn't have to be in the house if it is not desired

Myrdammen is a 5 star rated beach, which is only 5 min drive away or you can ride the bikes there. The buses also go ofte. The area is quite, and there is a sunday open store within walking distance
