This villa was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway with a big group of friends. It’s beautifully designed, very clean, and felt warm and welcoming. The location was great, and we couldn’t have asked for a friendlier or more responsive host. Agim truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!

A good apartment, very comfortable and well decorated. Excelente camas y lencerias. With good acoustics and thermal insulation. Very close to markets, cafes and malls. Ana responds quickly and very attentive. Totally Recommended, I would come back another time.

All my questions were answered in no time. Her house was spotless. Hris was a really nice person. There was no parking problem. It was one of the beautiful places to stay in Skopje, thank you my friend.

Our stay at Cozy Villa ЯR was absolutely perfect! The property was even better than the photos—spacious, warm, and beautifully designed with large windows offering breathtaking mountain views. The fireplace was a cozy touch after a long day of skiing. The villa was ideally located, just a short drive to the ski lifts. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we enjoyed making meals and spending quality time together as a group. Fitim was an exceptional host, providing clear check-in instructions and plenty of local tips . I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for relaxing winter escape. In the beginning during check in things weren’t going great. Drying rack broke within seconds, the washing machine was acting weird (leaving water) and there were no cleaning materials for long term stays. Jovan fixed all issues within 2/3 days. He also provided me with a heater. So I can’t complain much because I was helped quickly. He also checked in with me after some time, asking if I needed help.

Very friendly, clean, lot of room

The accommodation was perfect and exactly as described, with a breathtaking view of the valley. Although we experienced some issues with the water supply in the upper part of the village on the second night, we were quickly provided with an alternative accommodation with warm water. A big thank you to the manager, Rafet – I have rarely met such a helpful and hospitable person on my travels.

We had a wonderful stay at Leon’s place. It has a modern, fresh style and is very well connected to important tourist spots. Additionally, there are two nice malls nearby where you can easily buy all the groceries you need. Leon was always available and polite when we contacted him. Definitely a place you will not regret choosing as an Airbnb.
