Our family stay at Cosimo's was perfect. From start to finish the experience with Cosimo was easy and pleasant. He was very quick to respond to any questions our family had before arrival and during our trip. His father let us in and showed us around the house when we arrived. He was such a nice man, going out of his way to try and make sure we were comfortable. The house itself is even nicer when you're there. The outside area is amazing, we spent most of our time here. Everything you need to have a relaxing vacation is there. The beach is literally across the street, you can view it from the roof of the house. It takes less than a minute to walk there. We had a rented car so going to the stores and food shopping was very easy to do. There are recommendations at the house for restaurants and other things to do in the area. Overall the experience was perfect, and my family and I hope to return here one day for a second stay.

Diese Unterkunft ist einfach ein Traum. Ein Ort zum Entspannen und um die Natur zu genießen. Umgeben von Olivenbaum- und Granatapfelfeldern befindet sich das traditionelle Gebäude. Das gesamte Grundstück ist voller Liebe zum Detail. So hat man alles was man braucht, zum Beispiel zum Kochen oder auch zum abendlichen Lesen auf der gemütlichen Terrasse. Dazu kommt noch dass Graziano sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit ist und uns ein paar tolle Empfehlungen gegeben hat. Das hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Danke für alles!

Unser Aufenthalt in der luxuriösen Villa war einfach traumhaft. Wir wurden herzlich von Rita und ihrer Familie mit Gebäck und Kaffee empfangen. Trotz Angabe, dass keine Grundausstattung vorhanden sei, war diese tatsächlich gegeben, was wir sehr positiv fanden. Die Architektur der Villa vereinte auf wunderbare Weise klassische Eleganz mit modernem Komfort, und jedes Detail war perfekt durchdacht. Die Räume strahlten Ruhe aus, und die gesamte Atmosphäre lud zum Entspannen ein. Die Stille und Abgeschiedenheit der Villa machten sie zum idealen Rückzugsort, um den Alltag völlig hinter sich zu lassen. Hier konnte man die Seele baumeln lassen und einfach die Schönheit des Moments genießen. Wir wünschen Rita für die Zukunft viele nette Gäste und kommen gerne wieder!☺️

Ein wunderbares Haus mit tollem Umschwung Matteo ist ein sensationeller Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und kundenorientiert. Sehr gerne empfehlen wir das Haus weiter

Set in peaceful countryside close to the sea, Villa Rosmarini is a wonderful place to stay and explore the Salento region. The villa is comfortable, well equipped and spacious for a couple or four people. From the roof terrace you can relax and watch the sun set over the sea. Stefania was a very helpful, friendly and responsive host. It's very close to Nardo, a pretty Baroque town with good shops and restaurants, and also close to Gallipoli (great for seafood). The local beach at Porto Selvaggio is a real treat. Would definitely stay again when we hopefully come back.

Honestly one of the best places I have stayed. Nine of us spent over a week there and everyone loved it. Literally not a bad word to say about the place. The villa, pool etc were all as/better than described, especially the pool. We would definitely visit again. Pillows, air con, kitchen, outdoor seating, views etc were all great. The ‘neighbours’ were lovely, don’t speak much English but greeted us on arrival and made sure everything was all ok the whole time. Antonio is a true gentleman, thanks again! Couple tips - local town Martano has a lovely ‘caffe Stella’ with great cakes etc. Torre Sant’Andrea is rocky but amazing swimming under the arch etc. La Cala dell’Acquaviva is small but beautiful, swimming out between the cliff faces. I could go on but in summary, if you want a peaceful, well equipped, beautiful place to stay, away from the bigger more touristy towns but within driving distance of everything, book it up!

Ruhige Gegend, Villa mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub.

Che dire di questo posto.. “Una favola”. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa in questa splendida casa. La struttura è impeccabile: piscina e idromassaggio con video proiettore curati nei minimi dettagli, perfetti per rilassarsi e godersi una vacanza in tutta tranquillità. Tutto era ben organizzato e sistemato, con un’attenzione evidente alla pulizia e al comfort. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tutta la casa addobbata per il periodo natalizio. Un ringraziamento speciale a Simone il proprietario e Marcello, che si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e disponibili, aiutandoci anche a scegliere ottimi ristoranti dove mangiare, vista la nostra poca conoscenza del posto. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene, in un ambiente che ha superato le nostre aspettative. Torneremo sicuramente presto!

We loved it here. Very peaceful and quiet. The gardens and pool are simply lovely. We used the bikes to cycle to a few of the local towns for coffee etc. There are plenty of walks within easy reach too. We had a car and being able to drive to the start of walks or to the local sights definitely added to the holiday. All in all a great place to relax and enjoy yourselves.

Un soggiorno davvero indimenticabile! Ogni dettaglio di questa villa trasmette cura e raffinatezza: dalle suite eleganti e confortevoli alla cucina perfettamente attrezzata, fino alla piscina privata immersa in un giardino silenzioso e profumato. Al tramonto, sorseggiare un calice di vino sul patio con il canto delle cicale è pura magia. Molto vicina a Gallipoli, ma lontana dal caos: un rifugio perfetto. Guglielmo è un’host impeccabile, attento e sempre disponibile. Un’esperienza che porteremo nel cuore e che consiglio a chiunque voglia vivere l’autentica bellezza del Salento.
