Our stay at this beautiful villa was absolutely wonderful! The property is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for families, with multiple comfortable rooms and a stunning outdoor area. The sparkling swimming pool and fountain seating area made our afternoons so relaxing, while the backyard citrus trees added a lovely natural touch. The location was ideal, just a 7-minute drive to a major supermarket. One of the highlights was the daily fresh milk and free-range eggs from local farmers. The hospitality truly made our stay exceptional: Achraf was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Fatima, who welcomed us, was warm, generous, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Shayma helped with housekeeping upon request and was attentive and kind. Overall, this villa was the perfect balance of relaxation, comfort, and convenience. We loved every moment and will definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious retreat.

The apartment is very nice in the middle of the Medina. Very helpful host, very comfortable to get around on foot to visit the city. We had rental cars and we always found a place to park near the house. Recommended!

House in a good location, but outside disturbances to consider The house is in a great location, close to the seaside, which is very nice for walks. It is as described, clean, well maintained and very functional. However, some exterior elements can impact the quality of the stay: - The access street is in very poor condition, with many holes and bumps, which complicates traffic, especially at night or during rainy weather. - A construction site is just across the street, generating noise disturbances throughout the day, including Saturdays, which reduces tranquility and the use of outdoor spaces. - The presence of stray dogs on the street can also be a problem. It is best to remain cautious when going out, especially by bringing stones or a stick to keep them away if needed. Their barking and nighttime fights can create a sense of insecurity. Jean's riad is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located. Fatna's welcome is incredible: she is an extremely kind, considerate and discreet person but warmly shares her Moroccan culture (and cuisine). As for Jean, he is very responsive and gives very good advice. In short, this place is a real gem!

The villa is exceptional. Very large, very beautiful and the best part is the pool and the beach not too far away. We had a very pleasant stay.

The location was perfect – close to everything you need and in a safe, peaceful area. The check-in process was smooth and effortless, which made arriving stress-free. The host was fantastic – very responsive and quick to answer any questions or requests, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the care put into making the apartment feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kenitra – and I will definitely be booking again on my next trip!

Honestly, the pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s super clean, really cozy, and has everything you could need. The area is great too—quiet, safe, and just the right spot to chill and take a break.

An impeccable stay. Botaina is very nice and responsive. She responds very quickly to the various questions asked The apartment has a wonderful view of the sea. It's big and clean. The neighborhood is very pleasant. Rabat is a beautiful city. Travel is easily done on foot if you like to walk (2 km Agdal Rabat station... To take trains to Casa, Tangier and others to visit other cities.) Otherwise you can ask the small blue taxis to drive you to the city center for a little fee. Finally, tram line 2 is a 15-minute walk away and will take you to the center towards the medina. So everything is As described by Botaina. Recommended.

Fell in love with the accommodation, ideal for a family (spacious, two bedrooms). Perfectly equipped, clean. 24/7 security surveillance. There's a private parking space, rare on Airbnb and yet so useful. The location is exceptional in a secure residence, just across the street from a mall (where there is a CARREFOUR). The sea is a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is very clean and there are very good restaurants around. The contact was fluid and always very responsive regardless of the request. I recommend it and we'll be back!
