Great beautiful residence, brand new , very clean, nice pools, very close to the ocean and restaurants, shopping. The apartment very very nice and clean, very well equipped , clean sheets and brand new clean towels. Sabrina is the best host I ever met here in Morocco, very kind, respectful, friendly, she responded all my requests, regarding early check in , and about everything. I wish I could put more than 5 stars!!! Thank you very much for everything! If I am ever back here , this is the only apartment I want to stay!

I’ve travelled to Morocco many times and this was the first time I’ve decided to go Airbnb instead of hotels! I must say being away from the typical destinations was worth it. The accommodation was at a high standard with an easy access to the beach and a Golf course. The location is very family friendly and the host was a great as she helped us to easily organise local trips to Rabat and Casablanca. Clean and functional accommodation in a very nice quiet residence. Mohammed and Sarah are very responsive and very kind. The welcome with tea and msemen was a plus. extremely comfortable bedding. We recommend this listing and will not hesitate to return with pleasure.

Wonderful place to stay – highly recommended! We (family of four with two teenagers) felt very comfortable in Zineb's apartment from the first moment. The place was sparkling clean, lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you need – you can tell that Zineb and her mother put a lot of emphasis on details. We particularly liked the quiet location, at the same time everything was easily accessible. Zineb and her mother were great hosts: friendly, accommodating and always responsive when we had questions. Our kids were also thrilled – which is not always easy! We would come back any time – thank you for this wonderful time!

My stay in this apartment was fantastic. It is beautiful and very well equipped, with modern decor, and a multitude of details that make the stay very comfortable and pleasant. Its location is very good, close to the tram, the sea and the monumental area (about 15 minutes walk). The area is surrounded by cafes, bakeries, shops, a supermarket, restaurants, banks, etc. Regarding the host, Nouaman is a very friendly and helpful person, always willing to help. He responds to messages quickly, and in our case, he helped us with the currency change and the printing of shipping letters. In short, an apartment that I recommend 100% and will return to soon.

We loved Fatiha’s place so much that we decided to book again for the remainder of our trip here in Morocco. The cleanliness of the home is something I greatly appreciated and in my opinion unmatched in the area. The close access to the beach, nearby restaurants, and security made us so comfortable. Had a great time at Hicham's apartment. The apartment is clean, well furnished, and very comfortable. The location is ideal, close to the beach and all amenities. Hicham was a welcoming and responsive host, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing and carefree stay.

We had a fun time! Thierry is very warm, attentive and gives good advice. The accommodation is even prettier in the photos, spacious and very well ventilated! We were afraid of being hot, the sea air is 100 times better than air conditioning! The daily sea view from the terrace was amazing! The residence is very secure. There are several restaurants nearby & overlooking the beach. NB: It is almost essential to have a vehicle to stay in the area. Remember to do some shopping on the way. We would highly recommend!!!

This was a wonderful stay! The check-in instructions were excellent—very easy and clear. The host kindly allowed us an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the bedding—sheets, blankets, and pillows—were clean and of high quality. The bathrooms were spotless and fully stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and body wash. Towels were also provided and were of excellent quality. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for someone who wants to feel at home while away from home. Everything we needed was there, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the details to make guests feel comfortable. On top of all that, the host’s communication and hospitality were outstanding. Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

The space was clean and tidy, with pool access available all day. In addition, the location of the residence is ideal, close to the Great Mosque of Bouznika and supermarkets such as BIM, located right next door. This is a place I would highly recommend, especially for families. In addition, Samir was extremely responsive throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
