Giulian was a great host, super responsive and kind. We arrived to a bottle of win, a pristine, modern looking apartment just like the description. The building amenities were great as described. Thank you Giulian for a great stay in Belo Horizonte.

Excellent apartment. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. The neighborhood is very residential, so you have that small town atmosphere (market, coffee, butcher, etc.) It is located 10 minutes by car from Savassi shopping mall and around 20 minutes from the municipal market. The apartment has a very pleasant climate and, on our part, there was no need for air conditioning. I recommend it!
