There are many delicious and cheap local restaurants around the building. My apartment has a separate bedroom, and an additional large bed outside the living room (with curtains to cover the bed). Besides, the sofa is a sofa bed. The apartment has a balcony with sea and city views. The apartment is actually more spacious and comfortable than you think.
