Great location. Convenient to restaurant and stores. Nearby two big parks to walk around. Good gym downstairs. Unit is very clean and spacious for 4+ people.

The stay with Martha was excellent. I needed a place to host my guests and she helped me quickly and efficiently. The check-in process was agile, and the service in general, very good. We were greeted by a person in charge of cleaning and making sure everything was in perfect condition. The house is quite spacious, the complex is safe and well maintained. Without question, a great experience

A modern, new house, quiet, located in a gated complex with great views. The center of Sangolqui is within easy reach. The landlord is very friendly and helpful, gives many tips. I'd love to come back

An incredible view, check-in was flexible so it facilitated our organization in uio, I highly recommend it. It is a place in it you will have privacy, security and above all you will feel at home, the location is accessible to commercial places, restaurants, etc.

Excellent location, the suite is clean and smells very good, safe and practical location, the building is very new and modern with many amenities but too many requirements to use the amenities.

Beatriz suite was just perfect. Very nice suite with security 24/7 which gives you peace of mind. Nice restaurants and coffee shops near by. Also a very nice park just across the street. I recommend Beatriz suite 100%. Overall great experience!

Andrés was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Being able to use the washing machine and kitchen was great, and the big grocery store (Mega Maxi) in walking distance was a huge plus. He was very helpful and responsive to our requests. Thanks for a great stay!

Xavier is a super friendly and quick responding host. Check in was a breeze ...just showed ID to concierge and got the keys! oh my God....the place was sparkling clean, so spacious and comfortable! All instructions are on the kitchen bench. Kitchen has got everything to prepare breakfast and a small meal. Great shower with good pressure! The Washing machine and dryer came to good use after traveling for 3 weeks and running out of clean cloths! Great location, lots of restaurants and huge shopping centre close by! 3 mins walk to beautiful Carolina Park. We had a fabulous stay in Xavier's apartment and can highly recommend it!
