Our stay was very short but totally worth it. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities and has a nice view from all the rooms with a nice terrace from where you can see the sea and some houses. Something very convenient is that it is within walking distance to go to the beach. The apartment was very clean and has good beds. Alejandra, our hostess, was very loving, all the time, providing all the necessary information so that we could arrive without problems and giving additional information about the surroundings. Cozy accommodation, we loved the place with my family ( there were 4 of us) and the best thing is that they accepted a pet. It was a very beautiful place, good security and rich to go out in the evenings to walk as it was a large enclosure with nice green areas and very well kept. The exit to the beach was private, very close to the apartment and with a guard that was on the access. You could get there by walking the beach to restaurants or places to shop. The host sends all the instructions, very attentive to everything. Thank you!

Our stay at Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not to mention the beautiful view we had from the balcony. Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would definitely come back!

Nice and cozy apartment, close to dunes and shops, we had a pleasant weekend and Francisco was very friendly at all times, he offered to let us stay later but due to personal things we had to return earlier, anyway I highlight his willingness.

The place is perfect to spend a few days near the beach and as a couple. Very nice and complete. Very comfortable and very well located. The safe and beautiful zone. And Jaime is always very attentive and willing to solve everything. We didn't have any problems and the stay was perfect.

The apartment is just as shown in the photos, the condominium is very nice and very quiet, ideal for a good rest. Note that the living room has no curtains, as shown in the photographs. It wasn't a problem for me, but if a guest is very protective of their privacy, they might be interested in this information.

Claudio's place worked perfectly for our party of two couples. We had privacy with two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as useful and comfortable shared space in the kitchen, living room, and 2nd floor patio. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and most dinners over the course of 5 days. We enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast at the central counter in the kitchen and the pleasure of having dinner on the patio with comfortable chairs and a view of the peaceful, shared, c courtyard. We loved the location and walked every day to enjoy the touristed areas and neighborhoods. It worked well to use Uber to get to Pablo Neruda's house, La Sebastiana, and to walk back along Ave. Alemania. A convenience store was just a 4 minute walk away. Parking was very secure inside a locked gate with surveillance, and the security guys were helpful and polite from check-in to departure. They buzz you in as soon as they see you approach the pedestrian gate once they know you.
