Nice place just near shops and restaurants. Walkable to ADO bus. Quite at night. Hot shower and fluffy towels.

we really enjoyed Alberto's place. We had air conditioning for the living room and the bedroom. Kitchen was fully outfitted. we had bed sheets and towels. Excellent cleaning service halfway through the week. The place was steps away from the boardwalk.... Central to everything. The dive shop I used was a six minute walk and a 2 minute walk to the ferry pier to go to Playa Del Carmen. We highly recommend Alberto's place for anyone visiting Cozumel.

Increíble hospedaje, cómodo, limpio, fresco. Vale la pena porque está cerquísima de tiendas y ahorramos muchísimo en comida. No usamos la piscina, pero las áreas están muy cómodas para relajarse. También estaba cerca de la playa y muy bien conectado para ir a tomar las vans. Los dueños muy amables y siempre pendientes, no había cafetera en el cuarto pero te dejan una abajo a tu disposición con cafecito para hacer y un garrafón de agua. Volveré con mucho gusto.

This place is located toward the southern part of the island, providing a quiet stay with some great restaurants and attractions which are close by (Punta Sur). The suite itself was wonderful. Excellent views, spacious, well stocked and clean. Definitely will book again on our next trip back to Isla Mujeres. Our host was excellent and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an extended stay on the island at a reasonable price that’s hard to beat!

El lugar es exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Muy cómodo, la cama super cómoda. La pileta es grande, muy bueno!!. Entorno super tranquilo. Recomendable si quieres descansar. La zona de bares está muy cerca, puedes recorrer todas las playas y bares a pie sin ningun problema, las distancias son muy cortas. Maximiliano es muy atento, responde a todas tus dudas rápidamente.

English review for all my gringos and gringas. This is a great little place with good value for money if you're looking for a more authentic Cancun experience! Only a couple minor issues keep it from total perfection. Cons: -The boiler isn't really big enough for two people unless you shower very quickly. Would likely be fine for one, but the hot water runs out after ~12 min. -We had some issues with the internet, but Isaac was very responsive and active in resolving them as soon as possible. -As you can see, the place is a bit far from the beaches - but it's shown accurately in the listing and it's very close to a bus stop for the R2 that will take you there. Pros: -It's HUGE, and has a great living-room area with a big TV. -Very well-stocked kitchen. -Close to both Chedraui and Soriana for groceries. -The bed is big and comfortable. -Two powerful and quiet working A/Cs. -The neighborhood is very quiet at night. -Isaac is VERY attentive, quick to respond, and accommodating!

Great spot—clean and exactly as described. Check-in was simple, and the host was responsive when needed. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely come back if we’re in the area again.

We had a wonderful week at Dania's place. The location was a quick walk to both 5th Avenue and back streets for fabulous dinners but far enough away to not be bothered by loud music. There was a bit of construction noise very early in the morning but I use ear plugs and white noise which did the trick! The Oxxo a couple of minutes away is super convenient. We used the coffee machine (Dania provides ground coffee), and cooked eggs and toast every morning, plus we did a load of clothes washing - it all worked well! As others have mentioned, the air conditioner above the bed does spurt water occasionally which did interrupt sleep a little. The bathroom is bigger than appears in the photos and provides space for hanging clothes as well as drawers and shelves. The pool is clean and warm and we really enjoyed reading our books in the shade and then looking at the city view from the water.

Recomendable 100% Apartamento muy limpio y perfecto para pareja o persona sola. A 5-10 min andando de quinta avenida , con parking subterrraneo privado para el coche y lavadora. El apartamento se encuentra al lado de un Walmart por si quieres hacer una compra grande para tu estadía y cocinar en el apartamento. Eder nos abrió el departamento y nos dio unas sugerencias para hacer en playa del Carmen Buen sitio

Lugar acogedor y tranquilo. A unas cuadras de la 5ta avenida. Si no te importa desplazarte caminando para llegar a la 5ta, este lugar es para ti. Tiene pequeños comercios alrededor y está a dos cuadras de la avenida principal donde encontrarás muchos comercios y restaurantes. Hay taquerías muy cerca y centros comerciales. Es un lugar ideal para dos personas aunque que en la descripción dice para 4. Es pequeño pero tiene lo que se necesita. Vale la pena por el precio. La zona está tranquila y la gente es muy amable.

We had a great time at Chris and Lena’s loft. Great spot for a week long getaway. We were surprised to learn it wasn’t numerous photos of one pool but three identical pools! So, we often had it to ourselves. Would totally come back.

This apt was in a great location and extremely comfortable. Carlos responded to everything quickly and also provided several recommendations in the area. Highly recommend! Wifi was also incredibly quick!

We gad a great experience, very homely feel to the place. Pepe was very good at communicating with recommendations and if we required assistance. The place is walking distance to a lot of local restaurants, convenience stores, and other areas of interest. 5 minute drive to downtown.

I stayed here 2 weeks. Claudia was very responsive & good with communication. I very much appreciated being a short ways out of the center & got around on scooter easily. The neighborhood was quiet at night. We had a small issue with the gym but the host was very quick to find a resolution. Special perks of parking, having a kitchen, and being very close to small shops for beverages and snacks were great. The apartment felt safe to me, solo foreign female traveler. I would stay again :)

Great studio in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Spent the month of February 2025. 10 minutes to the nearest beach, two grocery supermarkets in two blocks, the fifth Avenue, a stadium in five minutes. Luis is a great host! Very hospitable, friendly, responsive to any request, answers quickly. The studio is simple but cozy, with private terrace and a comfortable kitchen, where I found everything for cooking food, which saved a lot of money for me)) A good place, like it.

cómo recién casados optamos por el alojamiento de Anita muy cómodo y del minuto 1 como en casa nos sentimos, todo super bien muy amable y totalmente recomendado estar alojado junto a ella, la mejor anfitriona que uno pudiera tener.

Ubicación excelente, cerca de un costco y cerca del tranporte público. Super limpio y organizado. Todos muy amables, nos encantó.

Excelente Juan Carlos para recibirnos,nos sentimos como en casa. en alojamiento cuenta con lo que hace falta! cocina,heladera,microo,y otras utilidades de cocina. Lugares bonitos y accesibles para comer. acceso rapido a las carreteras principales. pueden dejar el auto estacionado en la calle sin problema. la alberca es chiquita y acogedora,muy limpia. totalmente acorde al valor,el barrio es colonial tranquilo,hay comercios cerca para comprar de forma económica si quieren cocinarse también. tienen playa del niño muy cerca,plazas outlet y demas. 100% recomendable
