The space is located a few meters from the lagoon and the bus terminal (ADO). The property is completely safe and has a large garden area and parking.

El jardin con plantas tropicales es de 500 mq con una alberca, compartida con mi casa, dotada de jacuzzi con burbujas de 6x4 mt. La casa en estilo rustico mexicano cuenta con amenidades modernas. El ambiente es de tipo familiar y friendly.

It has a king size bed, 1 single bed, A/C, ceiling fans, smart TV with Netflix, HBO, Prime Video, minibar, coffee maker with coffee beans, WIFI, and its own bathroom. Laguna is just 3 blocks away, the market is 1 block away, and downtown is 3 blocks away. We have 3 bicycles included in the room rate and a full shared kitchen.

This studio room has a lot of fresh air. I was living in there during 17 years and never I´d need a A/C or cooler. Even during the summer. I like contemplation, reading a good book or just mixing a drink in my own roof top terrace or sleep the siesta surrounded of green vegetation and the amazing blue maya sky. I recognized myself like an authentic Mexican... I know my ROOTS.
