Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Quintana Roo

We had a great time in Puerto Morales. As a family of four and traveling last minute, we were looking for something basic and simple , and Gladys Airbnb definitely worked out for us. Area is walkable, but if you are not a fan of walking, I recommend renting a car , and or of course you can take collectivio. Its a 10 min drive to the beach. At night, kids were relaxing in the swimming pool and we could walk around the neighborhood. Thank you Gladys, for your hospitality!

Wish I had more time to craft a review befitting of Leon's awesome place. We spent a month there and it was just lovely. My favorite part of the house were the brick dome ceilings. unique and beautiful. If / when we go back to Cancun I'll be trying to stay here. Before I got there I couldn't figure out how the house could sleep 9 people, but it totally can. The main house has one large ensuite bedroom and two other large rooms with lots of comfortable loung-y furniture that could easily sleep 6 people. Then there are two separate apartments with their own ensuite bathrooms. You access these two apartments through the beautiful central courtyard that connects the main house and apartments. Of note, the main house has a second full bathroom that visitors or other guests can use. Location. The house was close to restaurants, the gym, the main mall (Plazas Americas), large grocery stores like Walmart and Chedraui, and a lab - random but super convenient when I got sick. Most things are walkable and taxis are easy to flag. You will be in real neighborhood with a park just up the street. There was a Taco stand just up the block so it was easy to get a breakfast taco if we wanted. We were in town for personal reasons that didn't involve going back and forth to the beach, so I can't comment on that. Speaking of real neighborhoods, there was some kind of club or bar that played music at night. It was noticeable but not loud. I'm a light-ish sleeper and was able to sleep just fine. Responsiveness. There were a few small issues that came up during our stay but Leon was SUPER responsive and got things fixed immediately. For example the water in Cancun is really hard and crystallized in one of the shower heads so the pressure got weak. Leon came right over and fixed it. Same for the washing machine. He had someone come in the next morning and when they couldn't fix it, he took our laundry to a professional laundering service and covered the cost. I could say more but I think you get the gist. I loved it and would stay again.

We loved our stay at Casa Arena! Christian was very kind with us and made us feel right at home! He gave us the recommend for Walgreens express to buy groceries and it is really a great option for a grocery store! The quietness and serenity of Casa Arena is wonderful, and you really can’t beat the location. Thank you Karla and Christian!

This place is fantastic. We stayed with friends and their 8 year old daughter - everyone loved the space - indoors and out. It has everything you might need - well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice showers. The pool is perfect. The yard is surrounded by fruit trees with lots of birds and wildlife! Patrick and Rich were kind and responsive. El Cedral is a special little town - away from it all - a car is needed but allows you freedom to explore. Highly recommend

This is a beautiful villa, however, the location it’s a little bit hard to find and the roads are very rough

La maison a rendu notre séjour entre amis encore plus parfait. La vue, la piscine, les installations dans la maison et la proximité de la maison avec 5e avenue font en sorte que l’on profite de chaque instant. On y retournerait demain matin!

This Airbnb was incredible. The host was very responsive and helpful. She helped us find a reliable and safe driver for the week, helped us book a chef and was always open to sharing helpful tips. The lock broke on the gate and someone was there to help us almost instantly. We felt safe the whole time. And the airbnb was better than the pictures! So beautiful. This was for my bachelorette trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in,

Excelente estadía 😍🤗 tuvimos unos buenos días de descanso, súper accesible, cerca de la Quinta Avenida, supermercados, un lugar muy seguro, muy relajante la piscina, la limpieza del lugar, las personas de seguridad muy amables, nuestro hijo no quería irse... Apto para personas con discapacidad (mi esposa tiene un problema en una pierna y no tuvo problemas).. Andrés siempre está atento a responder cualquier duda... Muy recomendable!

This unit looks better in person and it has a partial ocean view, which was a super nice surprise. The kitchen was fully equipped, very clean and with plenty of drinking water available for 2 people. Tzitlalli from Playa Moments was available to assist with any questions. The swim up bar at the pool was a plus. Location is excellent, super close to the beach and restaurants with live entertainment. I highly recommend staying here.

Excelente apartamento con piscina (alberca individual) . En un complejo moderno y con decoración natural respetando el entorno de la ciudad.. Que tiene todo lo necesario para linda estadía en Tulum. Un consejo, tener cuidado con los accesos porque las calles son casi intransitables. El lugar no tiene casi recepción de señal telefónica. Tiene internet en la habitación. Y en la recepción del condominio. Con esas excepciones la la estadía, es de casi 100%. Sin dudas volvería.

This is a great place to stay! We stayed for about 10 days and the host was responsive and helpful. Great community and worth the price. I definitely recommend staying here.

We spent three wonderful weeks at Xibalba Apartments and really enjoyed our stay. Nestled in the middle of the Tulum jungle, it’s a peaceful and quiet place, perfect for relaxing and listening to the sounds of nature—especially the many birds that sing throughout the garden. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home. Being just a few meters from one of the pools was a real highlight—it made it so easy to take a quick dip or unwind throughout the day. The photos online are very accurate, and we were really pleased with the communication and service from the hosting team—any small issues were handled quickly and professionally. The facilities and amenities are very well maintained. You can see the staff working from early morning to keep the pools and garden

El hospedaje de Eduardo es muy cómodo, la entrada autónoma es muy cómoda, el estacionamiento es muy amplio y privado, vigilado las 24h, la vista del roof con la piscina y la playa es espectacular, la habitación y sala de estar muy cómodas y colores frescos, sin duda un lugar al que volveré, el anfitrión muy atento a todas horas, muchas gracias Eduardo

El sitio es precioso, tienes lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable, vista bella, con la comodidad de tener una piscina propia al pie de la habitación, el baño tiene agua caliente, tienes descanso ideal con las cortinas black out. En cuanto a la ubicación, es recomendable llevar auto ya que su ubicación no está en el centro de Tulum y tampoco cerca de la playa para considerar desplazarse a pie; pero eso a su vez permite estar en silencio y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Yo me volvería a quedar en el sitio.

Just go ahead and book it. Safety is a must for me and I felt very safe while I was here - it’s a gated community. I was here for my birthday. I mostly communication with Ilona and she is super kind & very responsive, proactive with requests, she also recommend so many places & things to do as well as a lovely agent that helped me book my activities. She sent me pastry & a beautiful cake on my birthday which was very thoughtful. Home is gorgeous, clean. Pictures don’t do justice. 10/10 experience.

very good location, super safe, nice garden and pool, in general a very nice stay

let me tell you we felt like movie stars in this place. the house was beyond beautiful , it was 8 of we split up into two and each couple had there own space with their own bathrooms & there was still a lot of space unused ,it was private ,secure ,with beautiful lagoon in the back yard beyond our expectations. Bartolo the house manager was extremely helpful, kind and received us with a smile he was there for whatever we needed , then there is Mirna she is in charge of cleaning the house she kept the house clean everyday and always showed up with a smile she was extremely helpful ,having a clean space everyday made the house enjoyable even more than it already was . They got us in contact with a private chef and his crew they were amazing food was great and worth the price . We accidentally left a wallet behind and between Bartolo Diego and Pedro they got it back to me Al the way to Tulum with everything in it can’t be more thankful for the best experience of our life .

El lugar es super tranquilo, te sientes fuera del ruido y movimiento de Tulum perfecto para relajarte. Estuve trabajando durante mi estancia y el internet es bastante bueno, ningun problema con eso. Cada ventana es un cuadro de paisaje! Llenas de plantas tropicales y arboles exteriores verdaderamente te sientes en medio de la selva! Eso y la vista de la luna en la noche desde la terraza fueron mis partes favoritas. El lugar era idéntico a las fotos. Ubicación excelente muy cerca del Super Chedraui donde consigues cualquier cosa que pudieras necesitar durante el viaje, y además rodeado de restaurantes y bares hermosos. Gracias Lety! La pasamos de lujo en Tulum!!

A dream holiday home! What a view to wake up to. And the space is wild, so many birds (they’ll wake you up!), and we saw a fox, monkeys, many butterflies and more. The lake is gorgeous, we took the kayaks and paddle boards and it was a great experience. The stars at night are so beautiful - make sure to check out the rooftop! We used the kitchen and all essentials were there, it’s well equipped. Everything is as described, just note that the fourth bedroom is really really small (we didn’t use it).
