Tamara, nuestra huesped, fue excepcional. Muy atenta, amable y respondiendo rapido. La casa esta bien. Ideal para una familia de 4. Tendrian que cambiar la lavadora-secadora, que no funciona bien y nos impidio lavar la ropa en condiciones. Hay una balda en el armario del dormitorio principal que tienen que arreglar.

What a wonderful stay! We very much enjoyed our time in Madrid and felt right at home at Maria Eugenia’s place. It was a great, open space and very comfortable! I would recommend to all! The area itself was in a great location, with everything just around the corner. Our host was very helpful in recommending local spots and so friendly. Thank you so much Maria Eugenia. This apartment was perfect for our stay in Madrid..Close to the museums and Atocha Train station…Apartment was very clean and the kitchen had what we needed if we wanted to prepare a meal. It was over 90 degrees F outside and the a/c worked great. Gato Gato, the restaurant near the apartment was great and going uphill on Calle de Santa Isabel were lots of restaurants and food markets.

Enrique fue un gran anfitrión. Fui por una sola noche y estuvimos poco en el apartamento pero realmente estaba impecable y muy bien ubicado a metros de plaza mayor. Fue muy sencillo comunicarnos con Enrique en todo momento.

Located centrally in Madrid, Diego’s place was so easy to explore and get everywhere. He checked in to make sure things were good and the door lock system was super easy to work with. The place itself is beautiful and I loved hanging by the window and doing a bit of work or reading while people walked by in sunny Madrid.

Her house was very beautiful and lovely. The location and cleanliness were perfect! We used the washing machine, and it always works fine. It was very convenient for me. 日本人の方へ こちらの宿はとても清潔でしたし、Olgaさんたちは大変親切でした。 もし滞在中の洗濯を考えていらっしゃるのであれば、洗濯機がきちんと機能するだけでなく、折りたたみ式の物干しなどもあり大変便利でした。

We had a lovely two-week stay in Madrid, using this apartment as our home base. Located right on Plaza Mayor, with lovely views out the doors and from the balcony, this is a fabulous location. We were concerned about noise being a problem, but it really just showed the life in the Plaza and was quiet by midnight. We opted to eat off the plaza most meals, as there are better options and more affordable (less touristy). Easy to get to many parts of Madrid from this location, whether by walking, catching the train/subway, or getting a taxi. The apartment is very nicely appointed with a great kitchen and living room. Beds and bathrooms were nice too. We highly recommend this for families and groups visiting Madrid!

Very charming place - exceptionally well located. Everything that you need is provided with some nice personal touches. The whole place is very comfortable with 2 separate rooms which worked well for my family of 4. The co-host, Carmina, was very helpful and kind. She met us on time and showed us around the apartment, as well as later helping with a taxi and giving advice on local attractions. The only negative to the whole stay was the above neighbor was quite loud at night.

Muy buena anfitriona, el lugar super, alejado del centro Osea q muy tranquilo, buen sector se conseguía de todo y cerca a la estación de Santa Eugenia q era muy fácil llegar a cualquier lado

L’appartamento è al secondo piano di un bel complesso residenziale, con presenza di portiere sia la sera tardi quando siamo arrivati, che la mattina presto, quando ce ne siamo andati; l’appartamento è adatto per quattro persone, con due bagni e cucina ottimamente attrezzata. Appena al di fuori del complesso residenziale c’è la fermata del bus numero 20 che porta in centro (Plaza del sol); e a 350 m distante, c’è la fermata metropolitana ( Conde de Casal) per arrivare in qualsiasi parte di Madrid. Francisco è stato molto disponibile ed attento alle nostre richieste e, tra l’ altro, parla bene l’ italiano.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

Jose was a great host and super responsive. He let us keep our bag in his apartment on our last day and picked up the phone whenever we had questions. The apartment is perfectly located everything was easily walkable!

Vicente est un hôte parfait, il fait tout pour qu on se sente bien. la maison est grande, nous étions 6 et c était impeccable ! il y a tout comme à la maison (serviette, gel douche, tous les ustensiles de cuisine et de quoi faire le petit déjeuner). Le métro est à 12min à pied et compter 50min environ depuis l appartement pour rejoindre le centre via le métro. vous aurez la quiétude en arrivant à l appartement. Terrasse super agréable !

Un placer alojarnos ahí. La casa es pequeñita pero tiene todo lo que se puede esperar. Para mí detalles como el café o el papel de horno o albal me dan una imagen de lo que quieren ofrecerte, quieren que estés a gusto y que no te falte nada. Mercedes ha sido muy amable y la piscina es un añadido muy agradable. Volveremos.

Appartement très bien situé, proximité directe de la gare Chamartin (2min). L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel et agréable , la literie confortable . Je recommande à 100%.

Lorena’s apartment is so clean, neat and comfy. We enjoyed our stay there. They are 20mins walking distance away from the city Center, which is strategic location. We met Alberto and he was such a nice man that ensure our stay were taken care off throughout! Strongly recommend to everyone!
