This newly renovated studio is located on Asura 43 street, less than 10 minutes from the subway mouth "Arturo Soria", so you can easily reach the center by public transport. The studio is immaculately decorated in a contemporary style and designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Arturo Soria Stays by Charming IV is equipped with air conditioning and heating so you enjoy the perfect temperature at any season of the year. In addition, you will have free high speed Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation for your videoconferences or to enjoy a good movie on Netflix after a long day around the city. You will also have a 43-inch Smart TV with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen area with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, kettle, and full kitchenware. In the studio you will have a comfortable double bed and a sleeper sofa for up to 1 person, in addition to storage space. It also has a private bathroom with towels, complimentary toiletries and also a hair dryer. Remember, you'll need a mobile phone with an internet connection to access your listing. Please be aware that if the day of your arrival coincides with the day you booked, we cannot guarantee that the apartment is ready for your entry before 5:30 pm. Beautiful newly renovated apartment, with good qualities. With a wonderful patio that you can enjoy almost all year round, where you can have breakfast breathing tranquility. Decorated with great affection, in a practical and elegant space. The apartment is composed of 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room with direct exit to a nice patio where you can enjoy the outdoors. We have a fully-equipped kitchen and a nice spacious living room . All rooms have ceiling fans, air conditioning and heating. In the living room we have a sofa bed with a bed of 140 x 200m for two people.

Nice, calm and well connected apartment close to Las Ventas. Ideal for travellers. The area has many markets, shops and bars and you will be really comfortable as in the house as in the neighbourhood. The apartment is very cosy and has a great terrace. You can lie there at the sun, rest, have breakfast and have a beer or a cup of wine in the afternoon. It has also wifi. The dorm has a 1.50 bed and in the living room there is a sofa with chaise lounge available to sleep for 1 or 2 persons.
