We offer an apartment with excellent connections to the center of Madrid, just a 5-minute walk from El Carmen metro station. It’s comfortable, functional, and fully equipped. We take care of every detail to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Reservations for tourism purposes are not allowed. The stay must be for work, academic, medical, family care, or other non-touristic reasons. Before arrival, it will be necessary to sign a rental agreement specifying the purpose of the stay.

Our cosy 40m2 studio is located in Barrio Quintana, in the north-eastern area on the outskirts of Madrid. You will stay in an area full of shops and services, away from the hustle and bustle of the centre, but with easy access to it: we are 30 minutes by Metro from the centre (Puerta del Sol) with a direct line from the Quintana stop which is 450m away :) Plus: pets welcome! ;) With capacity for up to 2 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay.
