Regarding the house. It has all the amenities and is located in a beautiful and quiet area. Minutes from Sky Costanera and several businesses. I also want to highlight the service that Max gave us, who, although we could not meet him, was available for everything 24 hours a day. We will definitely be back!

The house is perfect to share with the family, spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy, the only detail is that its countertop kitchen is small, for a kitchen that is spacious and comfortable. Jorge a 7 regarding check-in instructions, always concerned and in touch. A 100% recommended place.

Rosana's kindness and willingness to answer all questions and to coordinate check-in and check-out were excellent!!! She was always attentive to the messages we sent her!! Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

The place is just like the photos, a very nice space and the jacuzzi is a really good size… ideal for several people. The pool table and board games are a plus. Recommended for a getaway as a couple or a trip with friends.

I'm sure you've seen the photos and have thought: this place must be too good to be true! This house was chosen very carefully after going through many options and reading through lots of reviews - The views from this house blew all other options out of the water. We chose this place as our home away from home as we got ready to celebrate our WEDDING in Santiago! Both sets of in laws, siblings, and us -- We truly could not have chosen a better house!! One thing that you won't see in the photos is the care, support, and responsiveness offered by Allen and Geert. Checking in was a seamless process and whenever we needed ANYTHING, both hosts had immediate response times and made sure that everything exceeded our expectations. You are located in a very safe neighborhood and are surrounded by pristine views, gardens, statues, and a relaxing pool. Thank you Allen and Geert for your incredible hospitality, this certainly won't be our last time at Casa Geist!

This place is absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, the cleanliness is spotless, and the apartment has everything you need — and more — for a super comfortable long stay. I actually extended my stay twice because I just didn't want to leave. The view of the Costanera Tower is simply breathtaking. Having breakfast on the balcony with that view? Pure joy. Jed is an incredible host — always responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. He made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. Honestly, this is the best accommodation you can find in Santiago. If you're lucky enough to stay here, I’m a little jealous!

Our stay in Santiago de Chile was excellent. The apartment is located in a quiet and easily accessible area, ideal for getting around the city comfortably. It is a spacious place, well lit thanks to its large windows, which makes it very pleasant. The kitchen is fully equipped: we used both the oven and the electric stove without any problems. The bathrooms were in good condition and had humidity extractors that worked properly. Access to the apartment via electronic lock was very convenient, and they also provided us with three keys for the garage door, which also worked smoothly. The apartment's light switch was off (under a picture), but we found it quickly. I especially highlight the kindness and attention of the building's security staff. The apartment is amazing with a wonderful terrace. Next to two shopping malls, in a super financial area, with parks and also with car parking. What I liked the most was the outdoor area and I love that part of Santiago and it leaves me calm, because I'm going to work. It's a premium location.

I felt like the ideal place to stay for the days we were in Santiago, it is a few steps from Parque Arauco in a very quiet and safe area. The building is very safe and whenever we need something Gergina or Justo they responded to our concerns. super recommended

Second time I've rented and it's just excellent, very central, lots of activities nearby, just the detail of a little outside noise from the neighborhood but nothing that can't be rested.

The apartment corresponds to the description. The location is excellent, Sanhattan/Las Condes. 5 minutes walk to Shopping/Sky Costanera and Jumbo Hypermarket. It is right in front of the Entrance Encomenderos do Metrô Tobalaba (access to lines 1 and 4) and to the MUT. Numerous markets, restaurants, shopping galleries and business buildings around. Although the kitchen is small, the apartment is large, spacious, has 2 bedrooms, being a suite and has a washing machine. The apto needs some occasional repairs, but they do not compromise the stay. One thing I didn't like is that the smoke detector fired even with the hood that is on top of the stove connected to the maximum and the door of the service area open and ventilating. Hot water in the kitchen counter. As for the quiet, because it is located in a busy densely populated area, there is a lot of vehicle buzzing noise (Chilean drivers honking a lot and incessantly). Other residents of the building are very quiet. Upright and polite porters of the building

The apartment is impeccable, very clean and modern, I recommend it 100%. It has a coffee maker, hair dryer, kitchenware, books, a desk, in a word it's spectacular.
