Appointed to a high standard with simple yet sophisticated materials, such as micro cement flooring , stucco walls and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.

Arriving at Olival de São Filipe means first stopping to take in the view. The high location of the seven-hectare estate provides rich vistas. “Even more beautiful than in the pictures”, is a frequently heard response. You look out over the Atlantic Ocean, the Tróia peninsula - with a sandy beach as far as the eye can see - the Fort of São Filipe, the mouth of the Sado river and the city of Setúbal.

It has a poolside kitchen with 2 barbecues, a ping-pong table, 3 en-suites plus a bedroom, a living and dining room, a main kitchen and a TV room with console games. It is located in a valley, between Palmela and Azeitão, overlooking Serra da Arrábida and Lisbon. Supermarket 2 minutes away.

Zé House

The house stands out for its modern architecture, integrated in the historic center of Palmela. Zé House was the name given by the architects. A simple house whose architecture sought to assert itself in a secular context due to its contemporary character, establishing not only a geometric relationship with the surroundings but also a chromatic relationship. The result was a surprising and welcoming space.
