One bedroom apartment less than 5 mins drive from Shannon Airport and walking distance to Shannon Industrial Estate. 10 minutes drive to the historic Bunratty Castle/Folk Park and 20 minutes to Limerick/Ennis. The apartment is attached to our family home with its own entrance. Fully equipped kitchen/living area with dishwasher, fridge, 32" smart tv, wifi, electric shower, king size bed, iron/board. Ample free parking. The location is very peaceful and close to the picturesque Shannon River Walk

The location is great as it is close to many tourist attractions and golf clubs. The Cliffs of Moher and West Clare beaches are around 45 minutes drive away. Dromoland, Lahinch, Doonbeg, Shannon and many more Golf Courses are all within easy commuting distance.
