The apartment was perfect for us. It’s not new, but it’s been very well decorated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the apartment is spacious. Everything you might want was in the kitchen. Beautiful view, and great table to play games. Very close to numerous parks for walking the dog and playgrounds for the toddler. We had a small issue with the wifi to which Julio was extremely reactive; it was fixed quickly. The only downside I can think of is that the couch in the living room wasn’t very comfortable for two people, but this is very minor. We had a great stay and had a great opportunity to explore Brest!

very nice stay. Françoise's place is large and well appointed. Close to any business. Too bad the noise from neighbors resonates in the apartment. On the other hand, the entrance to the building is very dirty and not cleaned by the tenants but Françoise had nothing to do with it. We'll be back in 2025 and thank Françoise for her warm welcome upon arrival

We had a nice stay despite the rain which did not stop us from walking and hiking. Very nice and attentive host, we lacked nothing and who guided us well, we recommend this listing!

We had a very nice stay in Loctudy. The accommodation is very well renovated and perfectly equipped. Jean-François is a very welcoming and accommodating host. Charming hospitality from Yana. A little basic comfort ( which deserves some amenities ...) largely compensated by the pretty decoration and the exceptionally quiet location in the heart of the city . If possible, we'll come back!

The accommodation matches the photos and is lovely. The small terrace is a real plus. Private space and secured by a barrier. Peaceful place and a 5-minute walk from the beach.
