The description and photos of the apartment are very good, just as published, everything is very good, the apartment, the cleanliness, the comfort for 2 people (since we only use it to sleep at night and we do not use the kitchen because we always eat in restaurants), very quiet. Difficult to get to even with the GPS that always sends you to another address... due to lack of knowledge: very far from the center (I admit I didn't check with the owner before, so the mistake was mine). After everything was fine, the service was excellent at all times and on the few occasions that I needed it, from Juan, the owner, friendly and helpful...

Excellent location, beautiful ocean view, very clean and well-equipped. My good host responds quickly and is always helpful. The only bad thing was finding the heated pool and jacuzzi under maintenance.

We went with a group of 9 families, all with small children, and although the place is not equipped for that since it is designed more for adults, we felt very comfortable. All rooms are of excellent standard and impeccable and comfortable. All utensils are labeled and tidy. We had everything we could have needed at our disposal. The view is beautiful and has enough space for everyone to have the privacy they need. Thank you very much for everything!

About it met my expectations. The photos don't really describe the house's full charm. My whole family spent some unforgettable days that will remain as a good memory and anecdotes to be remembered for a long time. As a point of improvement. The living room, due to its spaciousness, looks a bit empty with the couple of pieces of furniture. It is functional, but the space can be better filled.

Our stay at Javier’s place was just what we needed after 4 long days of hiking in southern Chile. It is the perfect place to relax and truly vacation. Javier was an amazing host with flexible check-in hours and a folder sitting on the table with amenity instructions and local recommendations. Javier as host is a super attentive and friendly 100/10, when arriving in Valparaíso I had an inconvenience with check-in and I help me without any problem, I was able to enjoy his Airbnb together with my partner which is beautiful, located in a very quiet place in Valparaíso and very beautiful, it has a terrace that has a very nice view as well as its bedroom that overlooks the sea, the house has everything you need to arrive, enjoy and rest. It is no more than thank you for the good disposition of Javier who together with his wife made my stay wonderful, I felt like at home and rest more than I expected, a wonderful place to rest.

We had a great 5 nights here. Very comfortable place with a wonderful balcony letting in light and fresh air. Great host really helped us out when asked. Two places nearby for meals — Independcia Cafe and Paula’s on O’Higgins Plaza. Downtown Valpo is an easy 40 minute walk. Highly Recommended. And a pool!
