Had a wonderful stay here at blue seas & skies villa. The host was really accommodating, the place was the same on what is shown in the picture. I highly recommend this place for vacation.

Wow, this place is amazing! We love the location, 3 min walk to the private beach, quiet and peaceful, and can have delivery of food from restos around the area if you do not want to cook. The caretaker, Kuya Lito, provided excellent service and very friendly to all of us. The house makes you feel at home with large rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and outside area by the pool. Our family of 12 with 2 kids were very comfortable. We are absolutely coming back here whenever we visit Laiya!

The place had all we needed for a relaxing and seamless stay! ❤️ The caretaker's prompt responses were much appreciated! My nephews had such an amazing time here and are so eager to come back! Money and time spent here are definitely justified. I confidently recommend this! 😊

My family and furbabies had fun in the place. We felt right at home. Water temperature is just right, not too hot, not too cold. My mother, who is a PWD, enjoyed the pool. My pets also had fun playing in the area. In addition, caretaker Lito is very helpful. He assisted us in grilling our food. He kept the place, especially the pool area, clean. Will definitely book this place again in the future.

We had an amazing time at Agda Beach Villas 😊far beyond what we expected! It’s a hidden gem: serene, relaxing, and still not crowded, which made our stay even more special. Our family usually heads to Zambales for quick beach trips, but this time we decided to explore the South, and we have absolutely no regrets. Agda Beach Villas is now one of our top picks for future getaways. The place is surrounded by lush trees and feels very private and peaceful. It’s easily the best beach experience we’ve had near Metro Manila. The sand is beautiful, and we really appreciated the safety net in the water that kept jellyfish away 😊 such a thoughtful touch! We left feeling completely relaxed and recharged. Thank you to the hosts for such a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be recommending this to friends and family and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! 😊

property is decorated to very high standard. the combination of inside and outside space through connection of kitchen to swimming pool area is a real design plus. all of the bedrooms have excellent bed and bathrooms. the property has extra nice touches such as great blue tooth speakers and private games room/ den. the caretakers are available to assist but maintained guest privacy at all times. we had a minor issue with some water heaters not working but the host gave us free steaks (which were amazingly good) to compensate. insummary, a great property which will comfortably steep 10-15 guests in luxury. premium price but worth it.

The place really shows Mexican theme. The decors, the walls, everything inside the resort has lively colors and very lovely to look at. The place is really clean. We enjoyed the jacuzzi a lot especially the 1-hour free bubble. We also enjoyed the karaoke. The big pool is also hot, which encourages us to swim more. Overall, we are all pleased with the place and we are of course excited to come back. We are also thankful to the caretakers who are very helpful and explains the rules and the inventory well.

A regular guest now. I will keep giving this place and the host a 5 star.

danise's listing was acurate and the amenities were more than what average airbnb's provide. no fuss at the gate and very easy to find the place using google maps and her instructions. plus for us were the 3 rooms with lots of pillows, towels and basic toiletries. i think the house next door were her relatives and they provided assistance when we needed it. we also loved the honesty store. it was very fairly priced and the options were well thought of. smart tv, wifi and the living room aircon were also very much appreciated. 🥰

This was one of the best stays we had ever had. Since my mom will go back to working overseas we are also celebrating my sibling's birthday. They have decorated the place with some birthday decorations and they even bought a cake for us. This is the only place that exceeded our expectations and will book again very soon. Ms. Ella & Ate Shirley are also responsive in all of our questions a day and before we arrive to the place. Thank you so much.

Had a pleasant stay despite the rainy weather! The staff/caretakers were friendly and helpful, always ensuring we were comfortable. The property itself has great potential but could use a little maintenance to make it even better. Overall, a good experience!

It was such a memorable Holy Week getaway for us! It was actually my partner’s extended family’s first time to stay in a big vacation home, and they were so excited. We’re happy to share that their expectations were truly met — the place was very homey, spacious, and perfect for our weekend bonding. We had such a fun and relaxing time! While the beach nearby wasn’t as clean as we hoped, we were still able to enjoy our stay to the fullest. Seafront Residences’ pool was a huge plus — we made the most out of it! And of course, the Jacuzzi at SeaCove was a hit with everyone, young and old alike. Thank you so much, Ms. Rizza, for letting us stay in your beautiful unit. It really gave us the space and comfort we needed for this special family break. Hope to be back again soon!

The Pond Haven is the place to relax after a full day of activity in the area. There was so much open space around it, too. The unit was as described and the amenities were complete. We loved it's layout - the kitchen was separate from the living /dining/sleeping areas. The clothes line as was a bonus! ( for those who dont want to travel home with wet clothes, this is for you!). The futton beds were comfortable and the linens smell good. Ms Rowena was helpful and patient when we couldnt find the place immediately. The locals even guided us to the landmark. My son went outside and had a small chat with some of the residents..

We spent Christmas here and it was wonderful through and through. It was clean and spacious - a treat to have found it a few days before Christmas eve. The old world charm was relaxing and nostalgic, and the host and caretaker's service and responsiveness were excellent. Already making plans to go back! The place was clean, quiet and private, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for our get together. We especially appreciated how close the property was to the private beach clubs, 5min drive, allowing us easy access to the beautiful views in Porto Laiya Beach. Jun’s responsiveness and helpfulness were exceptional. He made sure we had everything we needed and promptly addressed any questions we had. This is our 2nd time in Carol’s place, but this time we tried her 2nd unit. It’s a well thought out place. Everything you will need is there. Great interior! Quality furniture and appliances. Most especially, Carol is easy to communicate with. Overall, it’s a peaceful experience. If I were to choose, I will still prefer the other unit because it has a parking space in front of the house. With this one, it still has a parking space available but will need to walk a few distance.

Kathrine called us on the day itself to guide us for the check-in and it was hassle free. Everything went goods and as it should be. It is exactly just as what you seen in the photos and we were travelling for the beach there where it is close to it. Only 5 mins drive will bring you to the clean beach. The check in is smooth and check out is fast.

The host, Mr, Jess was very responsive and accommodating. The House was cozy, clean, smells good, quiet and private. The 3 bathrooms were all clean. The kitchen has complete cookwares/utensils that we need for cooking our meals. The location of the house was very near the pool and beach area. The pool is big and not over crowded. The star of the house is the 8 seater JACUZZI, which we enjoy and gave us a very relaxing experience. Plus point for us it is pet friendly, our fur baby enjoy the place and the beach. Over all it was a relaxing, fun and enjoyable stay.

The place was very nice and definitely what we needed during our stay. I feel very secured cause the neighborhood was gated with 24/7 security. Will definitely comeback again

We are a frequent visitor of BK, we usually stay in the Lodge or in the open cottages but it’s our first time to stay at Julia’s place. We’ve had a wonderful time here, felt like home. Very private and perfect for family gatherings. my kid really enjoyed the spacious living room. The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils. The bathroom has a hot shower. We will definitely come back and will consider booking Julia’s place again.

Liza's place is about an 8-10 minute walk to the beaches, nice for a quieter stay as the beaches are full of music and families. Her place is in a little condo community with a guard at the entrance. It had everything we needed and great AC! It was easy to walk down to the various convenient stores, markets and Cafe Amado (our favorite eatery) or you can take one of the motorized tricycles (especially nice during the heat of the day) that serve as taxis. They are not AC'd, but get you to where you want to go quicker. A couple of times the power went out - once for several minutes, once for 20 min - for local area repairs. We were surprised at the first outage , but she responded within a few minutes letting us know there were back-up fans and lights in the house. She was also very responsive with other questions. Shout out to Ate Edna & husband who we hired for day trips to Old San Juan and Tagaytay/Taal. Would definitely stay here again.(note: I work in hotels in the US)
