Me,my husband and my friends enjoyed the duration of our stay so much. Maydee and Gery and both very accommodating and nice and would make sure that we are enjoying our time. They also let us experience our first ever Island hopping and brought us to different islands in Pagbilao. ( Shoutout to their lovely pair of guests that were also staying on their airbnb at the same time,our neighbours for letting us use their full face diving mask to let us fully enjoy the beauty of the islands where Gery brought us, and also for teaching us a little bit of french) hihihi.. our stay is very worth it. Thank you for the wonderful time you have also spent with us during the new year celebration. Thank you ate Maydee for letting us borrow so many things in your kitchen and Gery, we enjoyed hearing you sing Tagalog songs. 😁☺️❤️

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! As a pet owner, I truly appreciated the pet-friendly environment that made my furry companion feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond with their attentive and patient service—they even helped us set up a barbecue, which turned our evening into a delightful outdoor feast. The property is nestled in a stunning, tranquil setting that offers the perfect escape from the daily grind, and it’s fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

The place was so relaxing, not crowded, the caretaker was very accommodating and very generous in giving our requests and attending to our needs. This place is big and can accommodate more than 19 pax. Great thing that the place has a pool which we all loved. And the sunrise view in this place is just amazing.

We are greatfull that all the 4 bathroom have hot water which is rare for Filipino house. Batroom are so spacious .The jacuzzi is also a treat. Its too bad we only stayed for 1 day

We did book for 2 nights but we just stayed one night only because there is an emergency. I am hesitant to ask the host for a refund but I tried to but the hosted reponded politely and He is easy to talk to, then I got the refund. We are looking forward to Stay in His place again soon. Ang SOSYAL ng lugar! AFFORDABLE PERO SOBRANG GANDA!!!!

Relaxing and peaceful place

Had a pleasant stay despite the rainy weather! The staff/caretakers were friendly and helpful, always ensuring we were comfortable. The property itself has great potential but could use a little maintenance to make it even better. Overall, a good experience!

Probably the best bang for the buck you can find for 20 to 30 pax that has a private pool and around a 3 min walk from the beach. Some minor hiccups but you get more than what you pay for - the family clan and I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Our staycation at Jennifer’s lovely Seafront Residences place last April 5–6 was truly one for the books. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with an early check-in—such a nice surprise that set the tone for a relaxing getaway, after a 3-hour tedious drive from Alabang. The house was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The cool aircon was a blessing, and the amenities were complete, making our stay feel effortless. We spent our day between the beach and a bit of the pool area at the gorgeous clubhouse (snacks), soaking in the peaceful vibes and beautiful surroundings. Overall, it was the perfect quick escape—comfortable, convenient, and genuinely refreshing.

We had such a great stay! Ma’am Cristina and the owner were both very nice and accommodating. The owner met us personally upon arrival and guided us to the unit, which we really appreciated. They were friendly and welcoming the whole time. We brought our 12 pets and asked if it was okay. They were kind enough to allow it with no extra charge, as long as there were no damages. The place itself is cozy and perfect for a family getaway. Thank you so much Ma’am Cristina and to the owner and their family for the warm hospitality. We definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our trip. The house itself was perfect for our group of 12 (including 2 kids and a baby). All four rooms were spacious and comfortable, even this one room has its own fridge. The place is peaceful and quiet, and the beach was absolutely beautiful—very clean with no trash in sight. One important note for future guests: to get to the house, you’ll need to walk down a steep cemented staircase. It’s well-built, but it can be quite a workout, especially when carrying things. I wouldn’t recommend it for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. If you’re bringing a lot of items, it’s best to hire porters (P150 per trip, and worth it). Also, using backpacks instead of suitcases will make the trek much easier. Do some rest stops while going down or up the stairs. All in all, it’s an excellent place to stay. The peaceful surroundings and beachfront location truly make it worth it.

place was very pleasant. very accommodating sila nanay at tatay who was the caretaker during our stay. pet friendly sobra. medyo mataas ung stairs to access the resort and best time to swim is around 2Pm. 5 stars for me.

This house is exactly like to pictures. We had a fabulous time here. There is a beach across the street, but it’s not really for swimming; more for walking and checking out the tidal pools. The shining star of this property though is the caretaker Leilei who also lives on the property with her family. She was so incredibly welcoming and there for anything we needed (you will need her help to get food). She will cook for you, do laundry, clean, drive you, even give you a massage! The property has dogs and cats and horses and chicken and ducks pigs. It was such a wonderful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of a town. Keep in mind, from Manila you drive 4-5 hours, ferry 3 hours, then drive another hour to get to this house. It is a trek! But once youre there, Leilei takes great care of you :) In other notes, the wifi was excellent besides when the power went out which was I think twice. And you must keep the ac on otherwise your things will get moldy.

As shown in their pictures, the beach is a rounded rocky or pebble beach, with crystal-clear water where you can do a little snorkeling. You can visit the nearby sandy and semi-secluded beach/cove and rock formations by taking a few minutes' walk to the left side of the property. Overall, I recommend the place for those looking for a tranquil retreat with stunning beach views and exceptional hospitality. It's a hidden gem that offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for all ages.

Excellent Private Resort for a Relaxing Getaway We had a wonderful stay at this beach resort! The place is peaceful, clean, and perfect for a private getaway. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Although we were looking forward to water activities like jet skiing, the Jetski was unfortunately unavailable during our visit. However, that didn’t take away from the relaxing experience. The internet was a bit unstable, but in a way, it helped our family disconnect from our phones and spend quality time together. One thing to note is that there are no restaurants nearby, so it’s best to bring your own food. There is a small sari-sari store where you can get basic supplies, but if you prefer cooked meals, you’ll need to prepare them yourself. Ms. Karen was very responsive and accommodating with our requests, which we truly appreciated. Our overnight stay wasn’t enough we’ll definitely be back for a longer visit next time! Highly recommende

The place is clean and a good place to relax and unwind. Special mention to the caretaker, Nanay Juling who was very helpful and who made sure to respond to our every need.

We had a great stay in this place. We love those cute cottages. Bathrooms are clean. Kuya LJ had been very helpful. Only problem was the beach. We didn't enjoy not swim there because no place to swim there due to load of sharp rocks at the bottom. As in, even if you go 5ft deep still rocks. So we just rented videoke to enjoy the rest of the night. The next morning, we went for water activity at the other resort. It was like 10 min drive to get there and the water was much better. It had rocks but it's not much as this resort has.
