Studio of 18m2, located in DINAN train station. 5 minutes walk from the historic center and its castle. Close to all shops. Peaceful and pleasant with its collective garden. Entrance with key box for simplicity. For the interior: In the living room, real bed hidden under the kitchen, also serving as a sofa. Low liftable table for the small dining area in front of the TV. Fully-equipped kitchen except dishwasher. Bathroom with shower cubicle.
