It consists of: - on the ground floor: living room, kitchen area, storage room and toilet. - upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160 double bed and the other with bunk beds. A bathroom with shower and toilet. Sheets are provided but not towels. A high chair and baby cot are available for guests. The accommodation is located 1.5 km from the center of Dinan and close to the Saint-Brieuc Saint-Malo expressway.

Cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. The bedroom has a 180 cm king-size bed, shower area and large bathtub. Cleaning is included, so free, the bed is made.
