Located in a calm neighborhood where normal Portuguese live with local habits (and prices), 30 minutes from the center of Lisbon, Belém or Sintra by public transport (even less by car or Uber). Free and easy parking on the street. Without the tourist tax of 4 euros per day per adult charged in the center of Lisbon It is a functional apartment with 78m², fully equipped, close to a small public garden, where with luck you can see green parrots flying in the early morning and late afternoon.

The house has two floors. On the lower floor, there is a living room and dining area. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is also an adjoining room with an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There is also a toilet on this floor. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower. The house has 90m2 (45m2 per floor) and a 340m2 garden.

Our apartment is located in the heart of Quinta da Beloura near Sintra, a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Surrounded by golf camps, you will be close to historic monuments and the beloved cities of Cascais and Lisbon. Comfortable and near all amenities and transport. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk and the underground is a 5 minute walk with a direct line to the old town. Biggest shopping centre in Europe is 5 minutes away. There are very few bookings on the calendar because it was only put on abnb on 18/6.
