The house is very comfortable and well furnished, has four bedrooms, one suite, a social bathroom, a living room with two environments, a fireplace, a barbecue, a kiosk, a balcony around the house with hooks for a hammock, a swimming pool, a semi-humid sauna, external bathrooms to serve the leisure area, a large and well-equipped kitchen, SKY, fiber internet.

The House is located in the União neighborhood, BR 345, Queluz - SP, the neighborhood is a rural area, 12 km from the Garganta do Registro entrance to the upper part of the Itatiaia National Park, border between MG and RJ and 22 km from downtown Queluz. Our structure has a barbecue area, swimming pool and sauna, in addition to being very close to the neighborhood's soccer field and sports court.
