You will be at the start of several hikes, the Fort du Mont, the Col des Cyclos, the Roche Pourri. The Mazot is 8 minutes from the medieval city of Conflans and 10 minutes from the city center of Albertville. The Saisies ski resort is 35 km away and 29 km for the Crest-Volland and Arêches resorts. Refurbished duplex studio. A few minutes from the lake, 40 minutes from Annecy and 15 minutes from La Sambuy, sportsmen and nature lovers will find their happiness: swimming, hiking, skiing, climbing, paragliding. On the spacious mezzanine you will find a double bed, and on the ground floor a single sofa bed. The exteriors of the house are still waiting to be furnished. The forest and river are in the immediate vicinity for walking.
