The place was very spacious and clean. The staircase leading up to the apartment was a bit narrow. The location is great with a beautiful view from the balcony. Hello Queenstown was very proactive with their communication and gave lots of detailed information regarding the place and activities. They also accepted this booking on very short notice (evening of the stay).

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Marina Appartement with our family, and we couldn't have been more impressed! The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, and perfectly located. The amenities were top-notch, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the welcome basket and the convenient location close to local attractions. Overall, we had an amazing time at Marina Appartement and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly accommodation. Traveled down to Queenstown from Akl and were blessed to have absolutely stunning views from this beautiful Air Bnb. It was a perfect fit for my friends and I with comfy furniture and could enjoy the nice heated spa in the cool crisp air of Queenstown Definitely would recommend staying here for anyone visiting Queenstown! We had a wonderful stay. The view was stunning . We felt like home with all needed amenities. Though we had some wifi and lock problems it was fixed immediately. Amazing location with a great view just like in the listing. It is not the main Queenstown center so has the peaceful residential vibes, but not far away as well, perfect for those who don’t prefer the hustle bustle of main town areas but still prefer to stay close. The house has all the amenties one will ever need and was stocked with all the basic kitchen utensils if you plan to cook. The host is responsive and was ready to answer my question about local transport as well. The balcony is amazing to hang out with morning coffee watching the sun rising from behind the moutains towards Queenstown town center. Loved the stay and will recommend to anyone who plans to stay in Queenstown.

The view from the property was amazing, and the house itself was very spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. Highly recommend this place!

Very happy with our stay for a family of 8 adults. Everything was well set up in bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Few issues we had was the wheelie bins were full on arrival right next to the front door which was unappealing on arrival and no where to put our rubbish. We also felt to advertise as accommodation for 8 the living room wasn’t the most ideal set up and very crammed in with little couch space for people to sit . Just minor issues. Overall great stay and very happy with everything else

Wonderful house in wonderful Arrowtown. Opposite Millbrook resort and two outstanding golf courses, 2 mins to Arrowtown and its joyful charm of historic sites, stores, galleries, cafes, restaurants, nook bars, and cinema and bookstore. 4 mins to the outstanding Mora and Akarua vineyard restaurants and to Ayeburn, the sprawling, stylish culinary, vineyard and garden experience with dining rooms, bars, bakeries, water walks. Arrowtown is nestled in the commanding Wakatipu Basic and bordered by the Coronet and Remarkables ranges. 9 Flynn Lane is modern, tasteful, well equipped, the kitchen and living space are roomy and comfortable, the pot-bellied fire is great to get going in the morning, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms including 2 ensuites, working space. We will be back. Ron is a Superhost for good reason; he anticipates your needs, responds promptly, offers a very livable home away from home in this spectacular, ambient natural environment.

Great place to stay in Queenstown. Close to everything, but not in the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. Clean, modern, well appointed, and Bridget was a great host. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and highly recommend this apartment.
