Our private studio apartment has everything you need for a relaxing get away. It has its own separate entrance and is private, we do live upstairs, so we are here if you need anything, but respect your privacy. We have a cardeck to park on, instructions will be with your check in details for parking. This is a home, not hotel so we hope you enjoy 😀

Wifi and TV. Bed is set up as a super king but can be separated to accommodate 2 single beds on request. Keyless electronic entry.

Enjoy the mountain outlook by the cosy fireplace, wander 5 minutes down to the lakeside or just a 5 minute drive to the centre of town and all it has to offer.

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.

Enjoy the riverside walking and cycling trails along the nearby Shotover and Kawarau Rivers. Just a short drive to Frankton’s shops and supermarkets, the airport, Queenstown’s vibrant CBD, or historic Arrowtown, our location offers the perfect mix of seclusion and convenience—an ideal base for relaxation or adventure in the stunning Queenstown region.

Private unit, (attached to a main house) one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area, hot tub, and outside sitting area over looking the marina and The Remarkables. Cafe's, brewery, wine bars 2 minute walk. Please note it's a shared drive way, and the spa is on the drive way we absolutely respect every guests privacy. we will be sharing the driveway to enter the property, but two separate entrances. Please note two guests only as it is small and cosy.
