Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Queenstown-Lakes District

The house was great and provided everything one could need. It was very modern, cozy and spacious. Communication with Mal was easy, since they were nice and responsive. Would visit again!

We had the best family getaway at Bie’s place, the house felt so homely and it was immaculately clean and spacious. We loved all the extras available for our children - they loved the fire pit to cook marshmallows, the ground level tramp, the slide, cubby house and just having a large flat section to run around on. The weather was amazing in Hawea and we found plenty to do, including the pump track for the bikes which was close by. We loved it and we hope to be coming back next summer! Thank you!

The location was great, but the house wasn’t quite what we were expecting. Quite an old place with dusty carpets. As long as you don’t have high expectations it is fine, but it was still a bit expensive for the level of house in my opinion.

We really enjoyed our stay at Agnesa's place. The views were amazing and the location was perfect for us. We loved the quiet neighbourhood. The beds were comfy and the house was super clean. We loved the layout and style of the house. Would love to stay again.

The views here are really special - what a lovely place to spend a few days! The house is very comfortable and well provided for - we loved our stay as a family of 3 for 2 nights. We weren't able to do the Blue Pools track which we wanted to during our stay (as the construction of the new bridge is delayed again and now expected to finish by end of April instead of March) but we still loved the nearby attractions (Fantail Falls, Thunder Creek Falls, and accessing the beautiful river so close to the house) and really enjoyed our time waking up to that view!

This is a great place to stay. It was immaculately clean, exceptionally comfortable bed. Great views. Easy in and out perfect.

The Cornish Point house is a great option for a large family or a couple of families. The house is older but in good condition with large rooms. Each room has an ensuite. The kitchen is small for the size of the house but two people can be in there cooking ok. The dinning table seated 8 of us just with the use of outside chairs. The fireplace warmed the house well and was nice to drink a Pinot in front of. The location is great for popping on to the most beautiful part of the Lake Dunston trail and just down the road from Carrick Winery which has a great restaurant for lunch and also casual pizzas etc until 5pm. We sat in the sun there and drank wine and ate Pizza and admired the view and it was awesome. There are fleeting views of the lake/river from the house due to planting inbetween the house and the water. It would be amazing to clear a better view there!

Everything was great about Ray's place, from the beautiful view of lake Wakatipu, to the clean space and bathrooms, to the hot showers. We had a great time. Ray was also responsive and the check-in check-out process was smooth.

A beautiful modern apartment. Perfect for our family of 5. Great location. Loved all the trimmings. The most comfortable bedding. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. Have already recommended it to friends. Thanks for a fantastic stay in Wanaka.

Dean’s place was very comfortable and clean. It is less than 10minutes away from Lake Wānaka, so is extremely convenient. Perfect for a big family.

Traveled down to Queenstown from Akl and were blessed to have absolutely stunning views from this beautiful Air Bnb. It was a perfect fit for my friends and I with comfy furniture and could enjoy the nice heated spa in the cool crisp air of Queenstown Definitely would recommend staying here for anyone visiting Queenstown! Amazing location with a great view just like in the listing. It is not the main Queenstown center so has the peaceful residential vibes, but not far away as well, perfect for those who don’t prefer the hustle bustle of main town areas but still prefer to stay close. The house has all the amenties one will ever need and was stocked with all the basic kitchen utensils if you plan to cook. The host is responsive and was ready to answer my question about local transport as well. The balcony is amazing to hang out with morning coffee watching the sun rising from behind the moutains towards Queenstown town center. Loved the stay and will recommend to anyone who plans to stay in Queenstown.

Was such a great place to stay, very spacious and tidy. Great having a cafe across the road for a coffee in the mornings. Arna was such a great host. Definitely recommend staying here if you want somewhere to relax. Also it was so great for the kids they really enjoyed their visit too.

We had a wonderful stay here! The home was fully stocked with anything we could possibly need, including snacks and drinks. Sally was also kind enough to light the fire just before we arrived, so the house was really cosy and welcoming when we walked in. The location, in spite of being really quiet and peaceful, is only a 5-10 minute drive from Wanaka town. Meeting Maggie, the sweetest lab, was a highlight as well!
