Energy Increase from Nov22 Unfortunately due to the huge increase in utilities I have to request an additional payment of £10 per day. Happy for guests to pay on arrival as I don’t feel Airbnb should be adding charges to what is an energy increase. Longer bookings preferred July and August. Happy to consider shorter bookings but please do not be offended if I do not accept. Please advise if sofa bed is required to be made up.

Siobhan is very responsive, very considerate & proactive...for example she took the initiative to try accomodations our ✔️ in when she knew we would be on long flights from CA to Glasgow. She was really sweet in trying to see how she can help. Her place is very welcoming, clean and the room is spacious. Siobhan checked in daily to see if we needed anything. A really sweet host & nice place. Will stay again if need arises. Thank you Siobhan!

I'm very happy with the stay, the ensuite bedroom was comfy and clean, the shared kitchen well equipped and the location quiet, with good bus links into town, or about 20-25 min walk. The atmosphere was relaxed, Fraser was very welcoming, he is a truly great host. Fully recommend!

Mark is absolutely fantastic, he is a through gentle man, Mrs Mark was very kind and generous, there was no noise, it was very peaceful after attending a hectic day in conference. His instructions were clear and I would love to comeback and stay again.

Very nice and clean room at Lynnes and Nicholas house. The room, the bathroom and the kitchen, which was available to us, were very nice. We felt always welcome. The house is easy reachable via public transport. Free parking on the street in front of the house would also be ok. It is a 10 minute ride by train to the city center.

I had a wonderful stay at Tom’s place. He was such a kind and thoughtful host, always ready to help and incredibly supportive throughout my stay. He shared lots of helpful information about the area, which made everything so much easier. The home was cozy, welcoming, and had everything I needed. I also really appreciated the small touches, like the cookies. Such a sweet gesture! A friend of mine even joked that he wanted to move in after I leave, which says a lot about how great the place is. Thank you, Tom, for making my time here so enjoyable. I feel very lucky to have stayed with such an amazing host.
