The location is one of its best assets. It is difficult to get accommodation on the strip at this price.

My place is close to the city centre, parks, art and culture, and great views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The property is situated on a hill and the pathway is steep. There are no steps but it is not suitable for wheelchair access.
