Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Für Euren Urlaub - wenn nötig mit Schreibtischarbeit - super geeignet. Unser denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus wurde vor über 200 Jahren erbaut und ist frisch renoviert. Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

Es befindet sich sogar ein Lift im unteren Erdgeschoss, mit dem Sie jederzeit in die obere Etage gelangen können.Die Unterkunft mit Gartenblick in Quedlinburg verfügt über kostenfreie Privatparkplätze. Bitte beachten Sie,dass sich das dritte Schlafzimmer gleich neben den oberen Schlafz. befindet.Dieses hat kein Fenster und keine Tür.

Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. We offer you a very well equipped, bright & modern apartment in a quiet location, not far from the Hasseröder Ferienpark with sauna and swimming pool and the Harzer narrow-gauge railway. The apartment has a bright living area. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine and reclining chair. On the upper floor is the quiet sleeping area. Outside, you can enjoy the sun on your own terrace or end the day with a barbecue.

The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

This is how to stay on vacation: Three double bedrooms and three shower rooms, a superbly equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining room, small pantry kitchen on the slope, a large furnished terrace area and a fantastic view of the Harz Mountains from everywhere. A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.
