Monthly Rentals in Québec City

The suite was clean, easy to access and had everything we needed and more. It looked like it was brand new. All the finishes, appliances (washer and dryer too) were top quality. Although it is a basement suite it has large windows and great natural light. The blackout blinds in the bedroom were great. The location was walking distrance from our event and good access to major roads. Would highly recommend and return again.

Anne’s place was a lovely first appartement for my first month in Quebec! The neighborhood is super quiet and not far from everything. On top of that Anne is very responsive if you have any question. I 100% recommend!

Excellent rental! Very clean, well maintained and as described. The host is very present, responsive and attentive. The accommodation is beautiful, tastefully decorated, very pleasant to stay in and very peaceful. Recommended.
