2 en-suites, large kitchen, crystal clear water, view of the 4 islands - near Arvoredo Reserve Internationally renowned beach. Quiet location, ecologically preserved, with an 800-meter sandy area. It features, at one of its ends, a very calm sea without holes, ideal for children and diving. Surfing activity is highlighted on the other side. Beautiful NEW Apartment, airy, ventilated, bright, two isolated en-suites, a laundry room, custom kitchen, balcony with barbecue, side view of the islands and the beach.
