Il mio appartamento è un piccolo e grazioso attico al 4 piano, si trova nel centralissimo quartiere de La Marina da cui è possibile raggiungere a piedi tutti i principali luoghi di interesse della città. Dalla terrazza, molto amata dagli ospiti, potete scorgere il mare tra i tetti del quartiere. Sotto casa troverete bar, ristoranti, teatri. In 15 min di bus arriverete alla spiaggia del Poetto, in 8 min a piedi alla stazione dei treni e dei bus e se aggiungete altri 7 minuti sarete in aeroporto!

It was a very good stay near Cagliari. Every day it was easy to get to the city center, with buses running very frequently. The apartment was nice, with a comfortable bed and reliable WiFi. The host replied very quickly to any questions and allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. I highly recommend this place!

Michela was fabulous! For starters, her welcoming was so nice. She had a bottle of wine, water and had bought us typical delicacies of the Cagliari region. Moreover, her house is absolutely stunning and furnished perfectly (with a lot of taste) to make your stay that much more enjoyable. The apartment is located in a very central position making it convenient for evening strolls and aperitivi as well as runs by the dock. Michela is extremely pleasant and friendly. Truly an amazing host and I just wish I could buy the place and move right in. I could not recommend her enough ☺️

I had an excellent one-month stay in this Airbnb! Marco was very welcoming and even arranged an early check-in for me, so I didn’t have to walk around the city with my luggage ! The apartment is modern, impeccably clean, very spacious, and perfectly functional, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The building has an elevator, which is really convenient, and the host’s responsiveness was outstanding : I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a reply. He anticipates our needs, making the journey smoother and more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would return without hesitation for my next trip in Cagliari !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir haben die Unterkunft wie beschrieben vorgefunden und mit ordentlichem Grundstock ausgestattet. Es gab Kaffee und Tee und Waschmittel/Spültabs sowie Shampoo und Sonnencreme. Tolle ruhige Lage in Strand-Nähe. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus weiter :-)

Mario e Maria sono stati estremamente disponibili! L'appartamento molto ampio e ben arredato, ideale per una famiglia di 4 persone, ben ventilato in zona tranquillissima. Cucina ampia e dotata di ogni attrezzatura. Bagno grande e pulito. Ci sono 3 ampi balconi. Aria condizionata super funzionale. Siamo stati veramente bene e ringrazio per gli ottimi consigli in merito alle spiagge e ai ristoranti. Per noi posizione strategica perché avevamo comunque intenzione di girare visitando Villasimius e le spiagge di Chia. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e le bevande per la colazione e ne abbiamo usufruito per tutta la settimana. E' stata una carineria molto gradita!

Ottima posizione del locale, molto vicino al mare e in un quartiere tranquillo. Molto vicini anche diversi servizi, come ad esempio alcuni supermercati. L'ambiente si è presentato molto pulito e ampio, le foto rispecchiano correttamente il locale. Particolare attenzione va al terrazzino dove potersi riposare nelle ore più calde in quanto mai esposto al sole durante l'arco della giornata. Gli host si sono dimostrati molto gentili e disponibili, pronti a dispensare consigli sui luoghi da visitare e sui posti dove andare a mangiare.
