Monthly Rentals in Quartier Hassan

I thoroughly enjoyed spending 2 months in this apartment during my stay at Rabat. Cleanliness, quietness and location are my top criteria. The location was perfect; safe and central yet on a quiet street away from road traffic. It is a walking distance to all major attractions, Medina and some of the beautiful parks at Rabat. There are lots of cafes, bakeries, little restaurants and grocery stores within a few minutes walk. The apartment was clean, very well laid out and well lit with living room space, desk area, and dining area. The washing machine is perfect for a longer term stay like mine and the heat pump (heater/AC unit) is useful for occasional cold nights and I imagine for some hot summer days. The hosts Ingrid and Abdel were very kind, prompt, helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place to solo travellers especially female solo travellers or couples and will stay here again if I have the opportunity to come back to this beautiful city! Shukran!

We had a great stay . The apartment is super clean , super comfortable and the terrace is fabulous . You can walk from here to everywhere or jump on the tram . Supermarket and booze shop are not too far away We would have stayed longer if the apartment wasn’t already booked . My only gripe and it applies to most airbnbs .. we choose an airbnb so we might cook for a night or two . But on a short stay you don’t carry oil , salt , pepper, tea , coffee . It would be nice if airbnb owners included more basics We really enjoyed our stay and Thomas was super nice

A very modern and beautiful place in safe location. Looks better than in photos and has all amenities listed. When small things were lacking, Younes was very helpful. The apartment was warmer during winter than other housing places in Rabat/Morocco where I’ve stayed last 5 weeks, and it’s a large thing to consider given that Morocco doesn’t do general heating during winters. I’ve stayed around a week, but it’s equipped for a longer stay as well with functioning kitchen and washer. Wi Fi was the best one I’ve had in all parts of the apartment which is also not very common, and I had perfect connection for Zoom meetings. Location was perfect for Rabat with all main sights in walking distance, as well as large Carrefour nearby. The largest shopping mall with big cinema is reachable by foot as well. I felt very safe in the area and it was clean and modern. Host is very responsive and kind!
