Little Trout is the annex to a 17th century thatched cottage. A one-bedroom flat with fully equipped kitchen, large shower and comfortable sitting room, it is perfect for a trip to West Hampshire and the Test Valley. You will find an oasis of calm in a busy world where you can relax in comfort after an active day visiting the many sites of historic interest or admiring our beautiful local scenery. Almost all our guests have told us that the bed is the most comfortable they have ever slept in!

The Coach House, a characterful newly renovated cottage located in the village of Thruxton, famous for its race circuit, north of Winchester. Stylishly furnished, the two-bedroom cottage is well placed to explore the Cathedral City of Salisbury, walks across Salisbury Plains, the pretty town of Stockbridge on the famous chalk streams of the River Test, the New Forest and its surrounds. With Stonehenge, Highclere (Downton Abbey), the Jane Austen Museum & the south coast, there is plenty to do!

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

Detached, private guest suite in rural Wiltshire

A newly built, light and airy detached en-suite room above a double garage, with its own private entrance, in the grounds of our period thatched cottage. In a charming village, and our own one acre mature garden, the room has its own private elevated deck with a table and chairs. There is also access to the garden and other seating areas and summer house. There is a super delicatessen close by. There are 2 pubs approx 10 min walk, and another in next village about 2 miles away.

You'll love our modern light annex which is separate to our home nestled in the heart of this popular Test Valley village. With a welcoming pub and a community shop within walking distance you have the freedom to eat out or bring provisions back to cook in the well-equipped kitchen. Whether you enjoy walking (we are midway on the Clarendon Way) cycling, fishing or fancy day trips out, Winchester Salisbury New Forest and plenty of National Trust properties are all within easy reach.

Colindale Cottage, Nether Wallop

Located between the historic cities of Winchester and Salisbury ,Colindale Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Test Valley and beyond. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the New Forest are close by. The coast is approx and hour away. Dogs are welcome. Nether Wallop is a pretty village in the heart of the Test Valley close to the small town of Stockbridge with its independent shops and eateries. Nether Wallop featured in the Miss Marple series starring Joan Hickson.

Our dog-friendly annexe has an ensuite bedroom, with a second ensuite bedroom available on request, and living-room with well appointed kitchenette in a self-contained, ground-floor wing of charming house in a large peaceful garden in Nether Wallop, a pretty village within easy reach of Stockbridge, Porton Down, Andover, Romsey, Stonehenge and the Cathedral cities of Salisbury and Winchester. Guests have an independent front door/key and free parking in the drive.

Situated in quintessential, quiet, picture-postcard English village called Great Wishford close to Stonehenge and historic city of Salisbury. Recently renovated cosy Annex with separate entrance and off-road parking. Exclusive use of private patio. Stunning walks, particularly through Grovely Woods (as written about in The Times (31st Oct 2020) and on popular route for cyclists. Village pubs just down the road.

'Bustard Hut' at Kingsettle Stud

The Bustard Hut was hand built using reclaimed materials from the Estate. The hut is set in a wild-flower meadow, with expansive views over surrounding countryside and a large, private elevated balcony looking out into surrounding woodland. A firepit, wood-fired hot-tub and outdoor picnic area overlook the meadow. The hut is spacious with luxurious bedding, a kitchenette and bathroom. Late check-out on Sundays!
