The Photographer’s House

My house is a old small two level house with traditional Cycladic architecture renovated during 2019, wedged in the alleys of the old and well preserved capital of Serifos island, named Chora. Due to its topography and the complex network of narrow alleys, there are no vehicles allowed only mules. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and a splendid panoramic view to the Aegean sea, away from the noisy port of Livadi.

Our Villa is 122 sq, has two floors, 4 balconies, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room.It is a brand new facility, as 2019 is the first year of its operation! *It is just a breath away (less than 150m or a 3-minute walk) from the island's most popular beach, Agios Prokopios. *It is fully furnished and includes refined amenities. *Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and the bus and taxi station are within less than a 3-minute walk.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
