200 year old 'Kamara Suite' with private garden

Make your vacation an experience to remember! Our 35 sq metre ground floor suite was stone built 200 years ago and used to serve as an olive oil mill. The Kamara was refurbished in 2023 to retain it's rustic, one of a kind character, whilst providing modern amenities. The house is located in quaint and quieter historical village of Pyrgos Dirou, found after leaving noisier Areopolis, providing an excellent starting point to explore the Mani region while keeping the slow pace of village life.

Nikos and his lovely wife Dimitra were the perfect hosts They welcome us with some local wine and cheese, and some fresh bread and pastries All our requests were met immediate response The house was seamlessly clean and the beds were cozy and comfortable It close to Areopoly , Dyros cave and Limeny and well recommended for exploring this part of Mani. The villa was above and beyond what we expected. Everything is new and clean, the common space and the rooms are spacious exactly as seen in the pictures and description of the house. The view from everywhere in the house is just amazing and there is a lot to do around for those who love nature and the sea. Highly recommend.

Theplace is clean and fully renovated. It has all the comforts (except the wifi). E "located in a village above the Diros caves and there are bakers and restaurants nearby. A three-minute drive takes you to Areopoli. And" in a strategic location and perfect for visiting the Mani peninsula. The owner is always available. Highly recommended.

Thank you very much for this wonderful stay in a small lost paradise that is this village nestled at the end of the world. The house is very quiet this season (late May) the weather was just a little gloomy and windy which did not allow us to fully enjoy the spectacular terrace. Kostas is a very nice and friendly person and his honey is delicious. He filled the fridge with lots of good things and a lot of nice touches were waiting for us for our arrival, really so welcoming. We loved the little tavern opposite, run by an absolutely adorable couple! Thank you so much for this stay full of charm and tranquility. Congrats Kostas
