The house was beautiful and modern (with fresh fruit on arrival), Rainer is readily available for any queries, Paolo was an incredible help and 15 minutes from the beach. However, this is in a rural part of Zanzibar but all in all our stay was fantastic in Rainer's home.

The feeling to live in a big private house with this garden almost like a jungle outside is amazing. The staff takes so good care of you and cook great meals. Jaku helped us with everything. Atm, shop,guids, food, showed us around, visit the villige school and was always on time. It is calm and not so many tourist around. The white beach outside is huge and its a great place for swimming. (I hope they start cleaning it a bit more, it deserve it. Nice restaurants close with wifi! The house is without so don't forget to load down the movie that you would like to see in the evening :) But these days its nice not having wifi all the time. Take the break, its good for us. The house gets a little dark in the evening but I hope there are more lamps next time I come back, because I really to want come back. They have changed the roof so don't get confused. its the same house as in the picture on airbnb. If you want get away from tourist and looking for a calm place just to relax, this is your house. And the house can absolutely take 15-20 persons. The villige behind it is small and not rich but the people that lives there are great and warm. we felt welcomed. So hire this place, meet the people that actually lives and was born in Zanzibar, Big hotels are all over the world, this is so much more. All my best, Siri

Amazing place, amazing service. Better than even described.

Stunning location, beautiful beach and crystal clear warm waters. Low season meant that not everything was open, and the whole area was quieter, which was lovely as it was peaceful. Jussi and Cristina, were amazing with their communications, we had daily visits from there lovely dogs and cats which my children loved! Khamis’s the wonderful chef was so knowledgeable about the ingredients he used and it was an absolute treat for us to have his ability and skill for making such tasty food. Ali the lovely driver, helped us organise lovely days out and excursions. As previously said the island, had power cuts on occasion. It helps to turn off the AC and use fans when the generator kicks in. We were very comfy, but just to note, one of the downstairs bedroom beds is very hard, but that’s maybe a personal preference to have a slightly softer bed. A wonderful memorable trip, we’ll be back for sure, so see you then and thank you guys!
