Located in the top of our cellar, where we vinify natural wines, in a group of buildings from the 12th to the 18th century, it is located in the heart of a particularly calm and peaceful hamlet. Located in the heart of the charming medieval village of Montricoux, this 170 square meter detached house will warmly welcome families, couples and friends. Its large living room on the ground floor, its three bedrooms upstairs as well as its exterior with its 7 x 4 m swimming pool and its superb view of the village bell tower will seduce you.

The Au fil de l'eau gîte in Bruniquel, cozy & intimate

Charming, listed house by the water, near the medieval village of Bruniquel. You will enjoy its large garden without overlooking neighbors, the shade of its oaks, and the local wildlife (birds, squirrels...). The calm of nature will recharge your batteries. Its park, its private beach with direct access to the river offer many activities: swimming (progressive water level), fishing, canoeing (at your disposal). Nearby hiking trails will offer you nice walks.

Located between Tarn-et-Garonne and Tarn, the house is surrounded by green and wild nature. The garden, bordered by the Cabeou stream and the Aveyron river, offers direct access to swimming. From the living room, enjoy a soothing view of majestic century-old oaks. Many hiking trails start from the house Nearby: Bruniquel, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France (3 km), Montricoux with its shops (4 km), Montauban (25 min), Toulouse (1 hour)

Situé entre les villages médiévaux de Penne et Bruniquel, à 25 min de Montauban et à 50 min de la magnifique cité épiscopale d'Albi, 20min du charmant village de saint Antonin Noble Val. Beaucoup de randonnées à proximités ou encore la découverte des gorges de l'Aveyron en canoé vous ferons découvrir notre belle région.

You will be seduced by this elegant house in the heart of a peaceful village in the Lot Valley. It offers a large living space, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 5 minutes from all shops. Ideally located on the Way of St. James, 15 minutes from Saint Cirq Lapopie, 10 minutes from the Célé Valley, 15 minutes from Cahors and close to many other tourist sites. We can provide linens for a fee of €18 per room (1 bed in 160, 2 beds in 140).

We will be delighted to host you in this beautiful 18th century stone house, completely renovated, located on the top of the beautiful medieval village of Bruniquel, a few steps from the castles. You will be seduced by the calm and serenity of the place and will have a pleasant stay.

Not overlooked, it enjoys total independence and is ideal for recharging and relaxing.
