It includes 1 bedroom with a 140 bed, 1 bedroom with a 160 bed, 1 living room with 1 110 bed and 1 120 sofa bed, 1 bathroom, separate toilets, 1 kitchen and 1 dining room. You will find shops, 1 swimming pool 5 km away, and a supermarket 12 km away. We are located 45 minutes from the islands, the Poitevin marsh and La Rochelle.

From your king-size bed, you are immersed in the vineyards, facing the sunset and the stars, not overlooked at all. When you open the dome's door, the Cognac countryside welcomes you with open arms, and 5 minutes away is the city of Cognac with its wine tourism discoveries and other great places that we will be happy to share with you. Adjacent to our winery, you can come and discover the distillery, the tractors, etc. Or stay as a couple and enjoy moments suspended in time.

Old stone, carefully chosen furniture and contemporary touches create a warm, elegant atmosphere. A private terrace, large heated pool and peaceful countryside complete the stay, around 25 minutes from the Atlantic beaches and within easy reach of Royan, Saintes, Rochefort and the Île d’Oléron.

Simple and functional accommodation, adjoining the main house, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. You will find yourself in the middle of nature and the first feeling you will have will certainly be calm. From the terrace, you can admire the surrounding fields, the birds , the fabulous sunsets and the magnificent sunrises. There is always a horse nearby and I would be happy to introduce them to you.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
