We had a fantastic weekend. The words our group used to describe your home was beautiful, lovely and gorgeous. The position on the lake is breathtaking. It definitely accommodates a large party with nice open spaces and rooms offering our party of 8 a comfortable place to sit in any area. I personally loved the organization of the laundry room! It was well stocked with hygiene and personal items that might have been forgotten at home. The large dining table was great to sit and relax after meals as well as game time!

My wife and I decided last minute to do a weekend getaway not too far from home. We found Andreas place on Air B and B and reserved the location. This was after another reservation we made never responded back to our request. Andrea was very responsive, easy to communicate with and the place was as listed. I was able to pull my boat up to their private dock, eat and get back on the lake. We had a blast. Don’t miss out on this gem!

A fantastic 5 star stay at this house! The hot tub was AMAZING, super clean & beautiful views. The main king bed is ridiculously comfortable with a great mattress, sheets & duvet especially cozy with the fireplace which was easy to light with the flip of a switch. We caught a huge catfish from the dock & enjoyed the recommendation to hike at the Effigy. We did 5 miles. We also ate at the Bistro on Lake Oconee which was delish. We plan to return in the summer! Thank you!

We stayed for 4 days. It was much better than described. My family had a wonderful time AB’s we will definitely be revisiting again. Maybe even this summer! Felt right at home and the views are amazing. The neighborhood is nice as well. Lived just walking around and just admiring all the cool houses. The pool table was a great touch as well. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!

This felt like home away from home during the month of February. The house was cozy and comfortable with tons of windows and natural light. We loved the location and the walking paths everywhere. The house was even equipped with necessities like dish and dishwasher soap, toilet paper, shampoos, etc. The water pressure was amazing! There were thoughtful little touches throughout (like candles on the table) that were really appreciated.

A spacious deck features wooden flooring and two rocking chairs, providing a serene view of the lake framed by trees. A furniture umbrella stand is positioned on the deck, adding a functional touch to the outdoor space.

Brittany and cohosts were very responsive and helpful. A great place to take my grandkids for a couple of days on the lake. We really enjoyed the firepit in the evenings down near the water.

This place was everything that I expected plus some. The atmosphere was so peaceful and beautiful and I had an amazing time. The host communicated quickly and the instructions were very clear.

A wonderful place! The property was more beautiful in person than the pictures. Very peaceful and calm area with an amazing view. Large space to host family and friends. We used the space for a writing retreat for 6 women in PhD programs and it met all of our needs to fellowship, space to work independently, and enjoy some well-deserved rest! I highly recommend this property and would stay again!

Lots of room for a large group. Double decker dock right on the water was perfect for hanging out and swimming. Backyard was a little smaller than expected, but the house as a whole is fantastic. Make sure you bring groceries on your way down, there’s not many places close by.

Great host with a great property. We spent a few days here over the thanksgiving holiday. Large family and we all slept comfortably. We highly recommend and will be back!

Excellent place!! We had so much fun making memories with our kids. We went fishing, swimming, enjoyed the playground and even rented a boat nearby for 4 hours one day. It was a wonderful stay!

We stayed here during Masters week 2025 and it’s the perfect location to do so. It’s about an hour and half from ANGC. Even if you don’t have tickets to the tournament, it’s a great spot to get away and have beautiful scenery around you while you watch on TV. There’s truly ample space for 16 people. Beautiful and clean home and surroundings!

We had an amazing weekend at Jami‘s Lake house. It was a beautiful location on a nice private cove. Our family really enjoyed time on the kayaks and paddle boards. This is a great rental for the whole family. It was very nice to be able to just pull our boat up to the dock and have it there for the whole weekend. 10/10 recommend! We will be back.
