Had visited the place for 2 nights with my wife and dog, the place is exactly the way it was described and is in a peaceful and private location. Its recommended you have your own private vehicle to get around as the place is little more than 1km away from highway/ main road. There are restaurants around to go and eat food, one restaurant food can get delivered to the stay by the caretaker. Caretaker Deepak is very helpful and responsive. Overall i loved the place and would consider booking again if i am around again. Thanks to Nikhil and Deepak for making our stay memorable and peaceful.

I must say this loud I LOVED THE STAY. We decided to visit Ganpatipule and booked this apartment on airbnb. After a long journey of 8 hours the first thing we whispered to each other(my friends) “what a positive stay which feels like a home”. I will highly recommend you guys to explore this stay option because it will be worth. Beach is near by, very corporate caretaker Shreyas, Avani tai makes yummy chicken and Dr. Niddhi who is so friendly and look after you the entire time. Hospitality is amazing, Stay is more beautifully than pictures. Well maintained!! Loved it and will go again. Vibe is very positive of flat, host also gets you best options to visit places and food. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful flat in Ratnagiri. The apartment is spotless, well-maintained and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was the stunning view of Bhayte Beach right from the flat, it truly set the tone for our trip. We explored several nearby beaches but it was always a joy to return to such a peaceful and well-designed space. Everyone in our family loved the stay and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ratnagiri.

I would like to stay again; Mandar is a very good host and is reachable for any queries. Recommended for both families and bachelors; breakfast was very tasty, thanks to the caretaker.

Super Host, Always ready to help. Goes an extra mile to support customers. I strongly recommend this place for a Home like experience. Does not have a fancy setup but gives you a home like feeling. Big groups can easily enjoy the terrace for fun and games. Liked it thoroughly.

We were a group of 12 people and this property was perfect and comfortable to accommodate all of us. The sea view is beautiful and very peaceful. We enjoyed our 2 days stay there. I highly recommend this place. The host is very proactive and friendly. He suggested many good places around to explore and he was prompt in fulfilling our requests. it's an apartment with reserved parking. Spacious too. Looked just like the photos. Mattress and sofas were also good and clean. View from the flat is nice. Considering the options available nearby, I would say it's a great choice. Location is nearby Mandvi beach. Abhishek is also a great host. we reached late around 10 and still had no problem in checking in. Had dinner too at Abhishek's restaurant. Loved his food too, both veg and non veg. Abhishek sent a care taker too for cleaning. Gave good recommendations too regarding places to visit. Helped us in some of other things too that we needed. Overall loved the stay, would definitely consider again.
