The garden room is a delightful, quaint building originally a piggery, It is decorated to the highest standard in a contemporary style and is a lovely calm space, in which to relax and enjoy your stay. Modern dimmable downllighting and smaller lamps give a bright or more muted feel according to your need. Central heating makes it warm and cosy in the cooler weather. Egyptian cotton sheets give a luxurious feel to the kingsize bed and ensure a comfortable nights rest. Accommodation on one level.

Lovely self contained annexe set in the beautiful surroundings of the Jurassic coast. There is a cosy double bedroom with a king size bed (which can be set up as 2 x 2ft 6 singles), shower room and a well equipped kitchen/dining/living room which has a sofa bed. The property has its own pretty courtyard garden and off road parking for one car. The Annexe is 15 minutes drive from Poole town centre and the local beaches. There is a bus stop at the top of the road which serves the local area but a short walk up the hill to the main road is an abundance of buses which can take you to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & beyond. A selection of take away restaurants are close by along with a CoOp supermarket, Waitrose & an Iceland.
