We couldn’t be more pleased with the Airbnb! It was so amazing! The location could not be better. Four minute walk to steps beach. Snorkeling, beautiful nature, adorable donkey’s. It was just amazing! The cabin and pool were great. Rachael was an amazing host. She took great care of us. We grilled out and enjoyed the amazing ocean view and sunset. I would love to stay here again. Five star!!!!! Thank you Rachael for being an amazing host🥰

Leanne’s place is a great opportunity for a a romantic getaway for a couple or a luxurious get together for a tight group of friends. The house is well kept and clean. The view is gorgeous and sunsets are spectacular. The property is located in a great central point in Rincon where everything is 10 minutes away. Also offers a good starting point for starting a nice walk through Rincon. Beaches are near and accessible. Would definitely recommend and already plan on returning.

Stunning home, with breathtaking views. Up in the hills, but a short drive from town. The management company was lovely to deal with - we stayed during a holiday weekend, and they were still available the whole time. Special thanks to Rut, for making everything seamless and easy. Already trying to find a time to return.

Lindsay’s place is incredible - highly recommend! The house and amenities are amazing - the outdoor pool area is well kept and each of the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. There’s a nice outdoor dining area that was nice to have in the evenings. The house itself is well equipped and had everything we needed. The location is also very convenient for getting to the main beaches. FYI - the road to the driveway is steep and can be hard to see both ways when trying to turn out (this is pretty standard for many side roads Rincon). Would stay here again!

This beautiful house is located just outside of Rincon. It's 10 minute drive to everything. The house is situated such that in the morning birds are singing. The cool air is filled with flower scents. The pool is perfect to soaking after a hard day sitting on the beach. The bedrooms are excellent- each with a perfect bathroom. The supplied beach chairs and umbrellas were very usable. Made going to beach so much more fun. Close to the airbnb are several excellent restaurants- less than 1 mile. This made dining out relaxing- as who wants to drive and park after hours of sunning? Overall, a very good value in a lovely location.

Amazing location! Beds could be updated but we adjusted and had an amazing time! Carlos is fantastic and communication was excellent! Well stocked kitchen(pots pans, spices etc) bbq, and overall we didn’t want to leave! Thank you Carlos !

Stayed with our kids (11, 9 & 3) and it was perfect - they loved the pool, we loved having the space! Was nice that beach stuff was provided - from chairs to umbrellas. Great kitchen if you like to cook, had everything you need!

Very nice place for 6 adults. Huge living room and king size beds. Just a few minute drive to Rincón restaurants and beaches.

Absolutely exceptional stay! The space was in pristine condition—immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a five-star retreat. The stunning view of the Caribbean ocean was the cherry on top—waking up to that every morning was truly magical. What really set this experience apart, though, was the host’s incredible hospitality. From the warm welcome to the constant care and communication, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Easily one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. Highly, highly recommend!

We arrived late at night and Marilyn was flexible with our arrival time. It was dark when we arrived but we were blown away by what we could see. The outdoor deck and pool area are amazing. The inside of the house was clean and beautifully decorated. We were a family of six and felt we had plenty of room and then some. Once we woke the next day and saw the property in the daylight, we were blown away. It’s really beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor deck and pool area every day and night. This place is AMAZING! If you're looking to unwind this is the apot for you. While our group only had four adults, this space would work well for a larger group or one (or two!) families. The house was spacious with lots of indoor and outdoor space. Fantastic views from the rooftop. It was minutes from downtown and 5-15 minutes from several beaches. The beds were super comfortable, so we all got the rest we very much needed! Leif was super friendly and responsive, and gave us some great local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

Jaimie’s house is in an outstanding location. Her place is perfectly designed and decorated for a non-cluttered, easy to access everything, comfortable stay. The front porch is exceptional . I spent most mornings and evenings there, taking incredible view . I hate to share this best kept secret, but her place is outstanding. I look forward to returning. I should add that during a 3 day blackout Jaimie and management went beyond trying to accommodate us making sure that we were OK.. their efforts were greatly appreciated.

Our family of 7 had a wonderful vacation. The beaches were close and we used the beach gear available, including one surf board, and we were able to rent additional ones at a local surf shop. I would recommend bringing hammocks for the beach and water shoes, as there can be urchins on the rocks. Overall our stay was great, and our host was very accommodating, and the beds were comfortable.

Extremely clean home and bedding. Modern kitchen with large fridge and gas stove. Outdoor barbecue and pool area was incredible, we barbecued several nights. Several questions we asked the host were answered promptly. Our vacation was SO much better because we had a comfortable, large home to relax in between adventures in. Walkable to Sandy Beach for the kids and surfing for my husband. Location overall great because you're close to Steps as well. I loved reading on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Would stay here again for sure!

View is priceless watching the sun set from the pool. Listening to nature at night was so relaxing. I fell asleep on the outdoor couch until sunrise. Everything is literally within a 5 minute drive to multiple beaches, restaurants/bars, stores and ice cream shop. The options were endless. No complaints! Just book it! Thank you for having us!

This place is amazing! We loved it so much and will definitely be back! The place looked exactly like the picture, had all the amenities you could need, with an amazing view, great outdoor area and pool, parking is right next to the casita so carrying luggage isn't an issue, the bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and shower was great. One small downside was that the window shades weren't very blocking so the sun woke us up, but with this view it was worth it! Overall we really loved it and it felt very luxury but homey at the same time! Thanks!

Our family had a wonderful trip to Rincon, and where we stayed greatly contributed to our enjoyment! We especially loved the view and were lucky enough to spot a whale jumping in the morning. We adjusted well to the house and felt mostly comfortable, though we wished there had been some kind of mosquito catchers. The location was very close to the beach and other nearby attractions. We will definitely come back!

Great place, very clean, nice to have the small pool, and was exactly as pictured in the photos. Slight view through the trees of the ocean and beautiful sunrises. A short drive to the downtown area but there is a beach and a couple of restaurants right down the hill. We had a great stay!

Just book this place! Such a cool location the pictures don’t do a justice of that view. We were there for spring break and the whole island was out of power however Allison has a brand new Generac generator that kept the lights on and AC blowing cold! By far one of the best spots I’ve ever stayed in Rincon, will definitely be back

We stayed here for a long weekend to attend a family wedding. The house was clean and comfortable, beds comfy, kitchen stocked, and bathroom pristine. Danny provided local recommendations and clear instructions. It's in a great area-an easy walk to the beach. He also provided beach towels and chairs and a cooler. It was perfect. 10/10 would recommend!
