Vacation rentals with beach access in Puntas

Beautiful and well maintained place in a picture perfect location. The views of the ocean right out the bedroom window are incredible. The entire unit was spotless, well decorated, and stocked with necessary supplies. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit that is not shown in the photos. There are plenty of cabinets and closet space to unpack your suitcase so you can feel right at home. There are restaurants and a bar within walking distance. Downtown Rincon is a few minute drive away. The only negative thing I can say is that due to the location of the rock outcropping a lot of seaweed has washed up on the beach in front of the unit and makes a strong odor. If you walk down the beach 100 yards or so its not a problem. Outside of the building doing regular beach cleanups I'm not sure there is anything they could do about it (also, this may be related to the time of year, not sure). We still enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoying the view so it was a minor issue.

This is my second time staying at Greg's place. I love the place, beautiful location, extremly peaceful. I will stay again.

Lovey home in Rincon, PR A little hard to find the streets in the dark. Ian's directions helped a lot. Ian displayed great hospitality. If your considering a visit to Rincon this home is worth looking into

We had a wonderful family vacation at Villa coco! The house is beautiful and well equipped, set in a peaceful beach neighborhood. Walking to the private and quite beach. The beach is amazing, not too crowded, just a few of the neighborhood guests, sandy beach and good waves if you like to surf. The house is perfect, well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Carlos was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely look for an opportunity to return here!

Juliette was the perfect host, helping us get coffee filters and made sure everything was perfect, and had great suggestions. She even offered up her surfboard and surfboard rack to help out efforts. The space is amazing, overlooking the ocean and many many beautiful fruit trees. Perfect location to all of Rincon’s best spots while still being tucked away.

We love Rincon, especially this building. This unit, in particular, was so well equipped with all things you need on vacation from coolers, to salt and pepper, coffee, cleaning supplies, boogie boards, sand toys, the list goes on. And also the rooftop view is dynamite!

This Villa was beautifully situated between the ocean beach and the pool. It is large and spacious and lovely inside and out. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have chosen as better place for our multi-generational vacation. We will be back. Thank you Rafy!

I loved Vero’s place!!! It was the perfect location and very spacious. It was walking distance to our favorite places in Rincón. 100% recommend and when I go back to Rincón, I would stay here again.

This airbnb was perfect!! Eileen was super fast and always responded quickly. The outdoor shower was amazing and we hung out on the yard a bunch. The place is literally right next to Big Kahuna which we went to almost everyday. It’s a 2 min walk to Tamboo for drinks and 5 min walk to Jake’s Java for coffee and Jacks Shack for lunch. Everything was amazing!!!! Rincon is absolutely amazing.

We had a great stay in Jeanne’s villa in Rincón. The location is amazing - beautiful, secluded, relaxing and will lots to do nearby. We booked on short notice and the host went the extra mile to make sure the villa was ready for us. Communication was also great. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The villa is well furnished/stocked, comfortable and exactly as pictured. Thank you Jeanne! Hope we can go back soon!

We couldn’t be more pleased with the Airbnb! It was so amazing! The location could not be better. Four minute walk to steps beach. Snorkeling, beautiful nature, adorable donkey’s. It was just amazing! The cabin and pool were great. Rachael was an amazing host. She took great care of us. We grilled out and enjoyed the amazing ocean view and sunset. I would love to stay here again. Five star!!!!! Thank you Rachael for being an amazing host🥰

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and very well-maintained. The area is peaceful, with a great vibe, and it’s super close to the beaches—perfect for daily visits. The comfort of the space made it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend

I stayed at the end of July. I found out this is yhe off season due to it being rainy. the rain never ruined my day and made for peaceful down time in the afternoon. I didn't do much except go to the beach and walk around. I went out to eat a few times. I felt safe in the area as a solo woman traveler. Alex was very close by and very helpful. I usually don't interact with hosts much besides letting them know I've arrived ok. Alex was super friendly and I felt like she treated me like my friends do. She gave me very helpful recommendations and was very kind. I cooked food on the stove to save money because I was there 11 days. There is no oven (but there's a toaster oven) or microwave, but the stove worked great! I do recommend bug spray for the beach and for walking outside. I brought some and they left me alone, but one day I left it at the house and they were all over me. This was the best trip I have ever taken, and I highly recommend Alex's home!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Joseph's place. From the moment we arrived, everything was as described, if not better. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was good, just a few min drive from the beach. Joseph was welcoming and responsive, providing helpful tips about the area and ensuring I had everything I needed. I felt right at home and hope to return. Thank you Joseph and hope you can resolve the early morning rooster noise.

Came to PR during the island wide blackout and the property was 100% equipped to handle it. The generator powered AC units in each room that cooled within minutes and we were super comfy/cool our entire stay, even with no island power! We had lights, microwave and fridge/freezer all with generator! They also have a water tank so showers were also available. Marta was AMAZING with her instantaneous communication with us. I had extra questions to help us navigate the blackout and she responded immediately. The little touches like the cooler, beach chairs, fins and snorkels and adorable beach towels for our use were so helpful. You can walk to Red Flamboyan restaurant which was delicious and you can walk down the hill to a beautiful beach that’s almost a hidden gem - way less populated than other beaches we visited. Also by that walkable beach is a delicious taco stand for lunch! Close to everything- downtown w shops and restaurants about 10 minutes by car. Everything was super clean!

What a gem of a condo. we have stayed in many Rincon condos and you can tell when something is simply a rental property and when someone has taken the time to set the place up as a home. Ingrid’s place was well appointed, maintained and has everything we needed. Wish we had booked longer and we will definitely be back.

We had a great stay here. The apartment is very clean and just as described. It is close to the beach and restaurants. I loved that I did not have to drive everywhere. We stayed during an (unexpected!) island-wide electrical blackout, and the building’s generator came on immediately and we were not inconvenienced by the blackout at all. The owners communicated with us frequently during this time and responded immediately when I had a few questions.

Place is great. Quite. close to everything. and nice swimming beach in the back walking distance! so much better than beating thr crowds at the famous beaches! awesome place!

This condo was in a great location Right on the beach. There was adequate outdoor furniture. AC worked very well. Both bathrooms have been renovated. Nice appliances. Note, there is only one parking space with this condo (the listing says there are 2). We got lucky and took the only visitor spot available. There are enough restaurants that are walkable. You need to drive to the town. The pool is really a soaking pool. Very small. No seating by the pool. But beach was very nice. Chairs and umbrella provided! Overall, very comfortable.

This was a delightful place to stay. The beach was wonderful, walking distance to a handful of restaurants and a short drive to lots of really amazing restaurants and things to do. We would love to stay here again.

We loved staying at Alex's. The trail to the beach is wonderfully convenient and Canal beach is such a fun place to swim. Safe and small waves with beautiful sand and sunsets. The condo is super well stocked. Alex has thought of everything! We would definitely stay here again!
